Welcome to VACATION. All the comforts of home with the benefit of waking up and winding down with the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, Horizons Condo provides unobstructed, breathtaking views all around. Offering assigned underground parking, 24 hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television and Wifi in every room, beachfront communal pool, fitness center, and sauna, what more could you ask for.

Upon entering this beachfront beauty, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with built in bar seating for two, a dining area for 6 that joins the living room overlooking the Atlantic. The master bedroom welcomes you with plush bedding and an en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms down a separate hallway overlook the Intercoastal and cityscape of Daytona Beach, sharing the second bath.

The wrap around balcony extends from the living area to the master bedroom, which has another balcony on the west side overlooking the Intercoastal. Weather permitting and minus the crowds, catch a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the comforts of "home".

******UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete restoration project for the building. The North end of the building is currently being worked on since August '22. This unit is located on the South end of the building where noise can be heard during work hours of M-F 8 AM - 5 PM weather permitting. POOL IS OPEN and temporary beach steps have been installed.

Short beach trip
The property was as described. Very convenient location. Nice pool and just steps to the beach. The included breakfast and miniature golf were appreciated. We also took advantage of the included movie rentals

Nice condo. The building itself was a little outdated but the view and location to the beach made up for a lot of it.

Nice condo, amazing views
We really enjoyed staying at this condo again for the 2nd year in a row. It has great views of the sunrise and on a quieter part of the beach. It's just down the street from Publix (which js convienent with s big family), and not too far from the main pier. We were so happy they had put in the direct beach access because that was a frustration last year. But, this year being able to get right out to the beach made this stay even better. There were just a few cons. All the furniture is dated, beds are just decent, and the balcony furniture was rusted and old as well. Other condos had nice furntiure on the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeeze and sunrise. It would have been nice to have better furniture all around. The amenities of the condo are a little dated as well. The gym equipment is supbar and the hallways and entry way were, just meh. These things in no way outweigh the positives of the location, the views, and the condo itself. Overall, it's a great place to bring the family and have a quiet (especially once the construction is done), peaceful, and exciting visit to the beach!

Great location and layout of condo. Ginger was very helpful and responsive. The condo is somewhat older and needs a few updates, but well worth the stay.

We had a nice time,tough start!
We got in late and it wasn't very clean. However I called the property manager and she came and sprayed. We cleaned as we had littles. but overall it was nice and we had f7n.
