Our condo has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation in Puerto Vallarta, I am sure you will love it! Let me tell you more : located on the first floor with two large rooms ...
1) Main room has a king size bed, smart tv, air conditioning, a very large bathroom and a closet with enough space.
2) Guest room has a double bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, closet and a large bathroom.

The living room has a huge, super comfortable sofa, a 55-inch smart TV perfect for spending time with the family watching Netflix, sports or the news, and also an incredible view of our private garden where you can use our lounge chairs to sunbathe. and have a few beers.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite food.

Located on the first floor you will not have to wait for the elevator to use it, we have private parking right outside the condominium .. you are a few steps from the 5 pools and the beach, what are you waiting for? Reserve now!!

Other amenities: Gym, spa, tennis courts, pool table, restaurant, jacuzzis.
Electricity is not included in stays of one month or more..(send me a message for a special price on long terms)

Best place to stay in PV

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I will always return here. The property is large, well maintained, has lots of pools to choose from, a gym and is walking distance to shopping, stores, restaurants and downtown (if you are a walker).

Good condo

Property was fine. Owner very responsive on a couple of issues that were fixed quickly.Unfortunately, the instructions on where the unit is located have to be clearer as we had difficulty finding the unit.English TV selection was great.Otherwise stay was excellent.

Could have been better
much better

The whole Grand Venetian property is wonderful. This unit is not. Horrible location. So loud: parking lot, tennis and pickleball are all 5 steps from the unit. Ac is loud. Water lines rattle in the ceiling. One bed is so hard while the other is softer but only a double bed which is only good for one person. Would recommend not to stay in this unit.

Grand Venetian , a great place.

I have rented many times at the Grand Venetian, a great place. This time I could not get a front view of the pool or ocean, we were in the rear, parking lot. Financially it was at least least 30% cheaper. The Condo is not well lit, but inexpensive. The owners were very helpful, art

Property was beautiful & very clean. We really enjoy it.The only thing that disappoint us is that they only let 1 roll of toilet paper (already started) & no replenishment, other than that everything was very good with the unit.’, very spacious and clean & the host was quick to respond when we had a bit of an issue upon checking in.We would definitely recommend that property.

Great location

Great location, excellent communication from the host, easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is in the Hotel Zone, right next to La Isla shopping mall, and has great restaurants, but definitely needs some maintenance. To be exact.. the beds are very uncomfortable, the mattress sinks in the middle, needs new pillows, missing some light bulbs, one TV did not work, it seems like the apartment hasn’t been cleaned properly, there was dust in the kitchen and floors. Other than that is fine.
