Great Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and having 2 full bathrooms made our stay that much better. Conveniently located close to the beach and 2 pools with hot tubs. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you, Lori. Grand Panama was built in 2007, so it is actually one of the newer condos on the beach. I do not monitor the comings and goings of my guests, but when I get a report of someone breaking the rules, I check it to be certain. I am glad we could work it out where you could keep your dog in the condo, even though it is a no pets unit due to allergies.

Wonderful experience!

The property was very nice and spacious. It had all of the things that we needed, and everything worked properly. The amenities were very nice and the location was fantastic! The owner was very nice and accommodating. The only downfall was that we were on the 14th floor and the elevators are not too convenient. There are only 3 and they take a bit of time to come.

Little misleading

So it only 2 bedrooms and the bunk beds are in open little weird for teenagers but we made it work and there was no sheets for the couch sofa and the advertising pictures make you think it on beach side it is not and parking can be a pain you have to pay extra for parking which is ridiculous!!! I fill how far in advance I booked this I should’ve gotten a better deal but there was some on the other tower cheaper I will stay again but not through Vrbo.
Séjour de 8 nuits en juillet 2023
VrboOwner a répondu le 5 sept. 2023
I am so sorry you feel you were misled. My condo is clearly listed as a two bedroom with hallway bunks. My check in information states that the linens for the sofa bed are in the master bathroom closet or in the chest in the living room. I asked that you please call me if you needed anything. I would have gladly had my housekeeper come up and find them for you. The photos from my balcony plainly show the street and rooftops of the beachside condo and the listing states that it is in Tower 2, a short walk across the pedestrian walkway to the beach. I have no control over what the Association charges for parking, and agree that sometimes you have to park outside the garage. Actually, you got a better rental rate by booking early. You may find cheaper nightly rates at other Grand Panama condos. Be sure to check added fees when you look at nightly rates, as some management companies advertise a lower nightly rate, then add fees. My only added fee is cleaning and of course, taxes. I do wish that you had reached out to me, as I would have gladly addressed the issues you mentioned. I want all of my guests to be satisfied with their stay.

Top 3 Best Experience in PCB

This was one of the best experiences renting in PCB in all of our years. We were worried about being across the road from the beach. NOTHING TO WORRY OVER. View was great and bridge was perfect. Grand Panama was ABOVE our expectations. Clean, close to everything, and wonderful amenities. Pools were very nice, Beach access was great and grounds were very clean and beautiful. The condo was wonderful. Very clean, updated, comfortable beds. Key pad entry was great and not having to worry with a key. Host was VERY responsive and VERY good at communicating. Balcony was a great size with plenty of seating. Supplied really well (soap, dishwasher pods, kurig, hand soap, towels, etc.) Great water pressure and must have tankless hot water as it never ran out and we had to to 6 showers at a time. Suggestions—- * For families with small children, consider outlet covers (we went and bought some) and possible cabinet/drawer safety devices (we used rubber bands). *Perhaps a curtain at the bunk beds would be nice for some privacy (but not necessary really). *A little more instruction in the wrist band when checking in (where to get them, how many needed, and where to return them). *Remotes were a little cumbersome but we figured it out. * Allow leeway on thermostat control. It was comfortable and we understood why this was controlled remotely but it did get warm one night. Overall… I cannot say enough good about this place and the host. We will certainly be back.

Josh, thank you for the review and for your suggestions. Every suggestion that. a guest makes is taken to heart so that I can make everyone's stay a five star. The wrist bands were supposed to be included in your package with the number needed set on your registration. If that didn't happen, please let me know, so that I can address it with the association. You and your family were perfect guests, and I hope you will return for your next Panama City Beach vacation. Again, Thank you.

As I was growing up, Panama City Beach was my family's favorite vacation spot. As children, we rode go-carts, played for hours on the beach, went deep-sea fishing and crabbing. The tradition continued with my family. Panama City Beach has changed over the years, but remains one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. We are happy to share our vacation home with our guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Grand Panama is one of the most beautiful and well kept properties in Panama City Beach. It is well suited for a family vacation or a romantic get-away. The view from the 13th floor balcony (which is really the 18th floor, because the first five floors are parking garage), is magnificent. It is truly Grand!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Rooftop seasonally heated pool, hot tub, and grills, with a view of the gulf. Fitness center. Beachside heated pool, kiddie pool, beachside Tiki Bar, grill, and hot tub. Covered parking garage. General store and pizzeria on site.
