This home has just been renovated in January 2021. Added office with high speed internet for convenience. Everything in this place is new. Open living / dining / kitchen area. Very quiet and relaxing area. Backyard has a huge tree that makes a great picnic area on the back patio with chairs. This house is close to all of Florida's most popular attractions. This is perfect for family getaways.

My husband and our 2 teenage sons spent our Spring Break here in Tampa. The home looks exactly as pictured and the host was friendly and very responsive. We were close enough to Tampa's main attractions, as well as some hidden gems! Would definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We came for a concert at Raymond James. Property was about 25 min from the stadium. Rideshare was easy to book and relatively inexpensive (except for post show stadium surge pricing). We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close proximity to a grocery store and coffee shop. Property was as described and host was pleasant and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Ken and his family were extremely responsive. The yard was very enjoyable. Our dog (& us) loved sunning back there. The home was very nice, especially the huge kitchen. The house was "cleanish" (the kitchen drawers had lots of crumbs, closets in 2 bedrooms were dirty and there was garbage found behind dresser).

Very Comfortable Stay

Property was located in older neighborhood of Tampa but convenient to downtown and all activities there without having to get on the expressway. Home extremely comfortable for long term stay (2 weeks).

Beautifully Renovated home! It was perfect for us! Convenient to USF, we were there for our daughter’s graduation. The owner checked in with us to make sure all was ok. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Great property and reasonable priced.

We rented this house for a quick family trip to Busch Gardens. This house met all of our needs and Ken was wonderful to work with. The house was well equipped. Overall great experience and we would recommend this property and stay here again.

Well located; dog friendly

Convenient yet quiet location. Out front you can watch the ducks by the pond across the street; out back enjoy the greenery. Friendly neighbors and good area for walking. Hosts very responsive. Home is roomy and well laid out.
