This property was recently renovated and fitted with all brand new appliances and furniture to provide utmost comfort for our guests.

4th of July Stay

We had an amazing time at this property and the owner was so helpful! The location is amazing for a trip with friends or family. Especially enjoyed the games in the basement as well as the hot tub.

Wonderful stay

It was a really beautiful and clean house with a great property. Communication was quick and thorough. It was also close to a number of lakes, which we enjoyed for both swimming and fishing. We were a large group of kids and adults and we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay in Windham

My family enjoyed a weekend at this property. The house had been recently renovated. It was very comfortable and clean. Tons of space for my family of 4. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Home away from home

Location of the house is great. There are enough room for a big family . Kitchen need more cooking utensils such as proper chopping board , ladles and baking trays for roasting meat, and light baking such as brownies.

The good - host was communicative and friendly. Comfortable beds (if not broken), plenty of space for guests. The bad - the house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning - cob webs, dust bunnies, garbage under beds, and lots of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. No wonder there were mouse traps in every room. The master bedframe was broken, the game room activities were in poor condition - exposed screws or would not turn on altogether. We even had to shovel our own way to the hot tub. Overall, It was fine for the long weekend, but we had high hopes and left a bit disappointed.

Great getaway!

We had a great experience at this home in Windham. Our two families had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. Very convenient to the mountain (under 10 minute drive) and extremely clean and spacious. We had a great time in the hot tub and around the cozy wood burning stove. Very well-equipped kitchen and clean towels and bedding. The host was always very responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back!!

Amazing new property close to Windham mountain

The house has been recently renovated and is perfect for a large group. The hosts were very responsive and incredibly helpful with accommodating our group. The house is stocked with everything you need, way more than the normal rental situation with tons of extras that were very appreciated. The bedrooms all have new comfortable beds and very nice bedding. Hot tub worked great. Bonus is the basement which has tons of games and activities and was lots of fun for our group. A short 8 minute drive to the mountain. Thanks for a great stay, will definitely be back!

Great experience!

Such a delightful holiday experience! An impeccable house has everything we needed. The house is spacious and newly renovated. The playroom downstairs has football, table tennis and basketball， a place where our kids enjoyed very much. The two twin size folding beds are comfortable and gave us a lot of flexibility. The host was very responsible and thoughtful. Thank you very much for the incredible memories.

Great property

This property was very accurate to its listing. Perfect size for 10-12 person groups. We like the minimalists feel and overall cleanliness. We were impressed by how up to date it was from tech standpoint. Kids especially enjoyed PS4. It’s the best property we had a pleasure of renting and will definitely come back. The only two suggestions are to add couple of mixing and large salad bowls to the kitchen and to lubricate the kitchen drawers as some of them were hard to slide out.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay in the Catskills. Raja the host was extremely prompt when I messaged with questions. The location was great and the house was beautiful and clean. We all loved the firepit, and hanging outside in the deck. The house was comfortable for our group and we all enjoyed our stay- all of the accomodations were comfortable, and there were plenty of fresh towels and linens available. The road leading to the house is a bit bumpy so drive slowly if you have a smaller car. We had no issues with anything, the WiFi was great (one of us had to work while we were there and did not experience any issues). We would absolutely return to this property again!

Nice updated property

This property has been recently updated. It has a spacious living room and plenty of bedrooms. The back yard has a nice deck and fire pit. The hosts were very responsive and check in was easy. The place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of activities to do around the house but the best part was the firepit. The bedrooms were big and easily accommodated my group of 12. The kitchen was stocked with any appliance/tool you'd need. Raja and Fawad made the check in/out process smooth and was quick to respond to any questions throughout the entire process.
