Best stay!

This was my 3rd stay at the Seawinds. This unit is clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. It’s on my list for a return visit.

Great location

We enjoyed our week at the condo. Loved the location at the south end of the island. A short walk to restaurants, beach and pool. The condo was well stocked including all we needed for the beach. Loved being right on the water and hearing the waves and clapping at the sunset.

We really enjoyed staying in this beach decorated, extremely well stocked condo. Waking in the morning and looking at the serene water is a great way to start your day.Then, in the evening, there are incredible sunsets. Today we were joined by a dolphin while swimming in the gulf. All of this is right in front of your building. It was beyond wonderful.

Great Beach side Condo

This is an amazing, well appointed condo with a balcony that looks right at ocean. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves after watching the sunset into the Gulf of Mexico.

Seawinds

We had a lovely stay at Seawinds. Perfect location and view of the ocean. Nice, clean condo. Plenty of towels and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. Owner was very responsive to our questions.

Construction in the building

Great location. View was amazing. They had construction going on and will be for some time according to the lady at the reception. It started at 8 am. Loud all day. You are only supplied one roll of TP per bathroom, so total 2, one roll of paper towels, and one garbage bag for the trashcan. The umbrella was missing a section pole and we reached out to the owner, but did not get a reply. Other than that, they had all the towels and bedding, some left over supplies from other renters, which was nice. Sorry to say, we will not go back.

Perfect for our family of 6

Everything was well stocked. It was nice that they left what others didn't use such as laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Plenty of towels and there were 4 beach chairs. My parents were down there in another building so we used some of their chairs. Our umbrella was missing an extension so that was challenging but again, we had my parents umbrella as a back up. Lots of extra blankets and pillows and even a foam topper for the pull out couch which was so appreciated. Lots of games available. Pickleball was easily accessible and always open even during one of the busiest weeks of the year. Honestly, I would rent it again! It was hard to get questions answered from the host before arrival but the property did not disappoint. The building does not have a grill which is the only down side.

Great location

The condo is in a great location on the south side of the island. Great view of the beach and easy beach access. The unit itself is very clean and accommodated our family of 5. The condo is well equipped with salt, pepper, a few spices, dishes, beach chairs. There are fishing poles, but no reels - just FYI - bring your own if you would like to fish. Just for convenience - there was 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, so purchase a few extra of each if you think you may need them. Our oldest son accidentally broke one of the bowls, so I texted the owner (or whoever is listed on VRBO) and offered to pay for it because it was our fault. I never got a response, which I thought was kind of odd, but the owner was responsive otherwise. Check out says 11am on VRBO, but the material in the condo says check out is 10am, just fyi. Overall, I thought the condo was very clean, had a great location, there was adequate parking and the beach view/access is wonderful, so I would recommend this unit.

rented it in april of 21 and two weeks before rental time i received an email that they had cancelled the booking. After immediate contact with owner the problem was resolved. vrbo or whoever handles bookings needs to do a better job.

Condo was right on the beach and furnished with everything our family needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Perfect week at the beach. Condo had easy parking, good security, and friendly staff. Thanks JP for sharing your vacation home with our family.

Beautiful but overcrowded.

Seawinds is a very nice, reasonably priced property that offers weekly rentals, one of the few beachfront properties that do. The inner units are small making it a bit tight, 803 had a nice kitchen layout, much better than the unit we rented last year. The unit had almost everything we could possibly need, and then some. Cons: The cabinets, drawers, and closets were filled to the brim with stuff and needed organization, which I did upon checking in. The decorations were nice but just too many of them making it seem cluttered. The furniture was too big for the space making it hard to get around. Pros: Good kitchen layout, top notch appliances, a million dollar view! I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, but the elevator kept breaking down and we were on 8th floor, so carting up luggage was tough! We did have very loud neighbors who talked constantly!
