Family friendly, with a community pool! Located on the 3rd floor. Fully stocked kitchen & living room area with a dining area, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pot, toaster oven, vacuum, ice trays, glass ware, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, w/d, assorted beach toys located in the storage bin on porch. Full access to the entire condo, minus the small closet containing the owners items. This does not include linens. No pets or smoking allowed.

Location was key. Overall, unit was a bit dated
but, did have a new washer/dryer stack. Very clean. Recommend bringing your own pillows.

The condo is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay with no complaints. Everything was clean and in working order. Brandy communicated everything we needed to know. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very well kept and comfortable condo with the best views! We loved sitting on the back screened in porch having coffee in the mornings then back again to unwind after a beach day! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the bus line and the beach. Also near grocery stores and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with both friendly and quick to respond. We also received a thank you note from them which was that extra touch.

A true vacation stay

We love this place with its the wonderful view of the bay. That, along with the beautifully decorated space make us really feel like we on on vaca are on vacation while we are inside!

Peaceful Stay Near Everything

We loved the stay. It was clean with all the space we needed. Nice pool at short walk. Kids loved it. Ample parking spaces in from of the building. I would love to come back if we can get the space for next summer.

Cozy and Comfortable

Our Place at the Beach is one of the best kept properties in Ocean City - it is an older complex, but the buildings and especially the pool (which is large and usually uncrowded) are immaculate. This unit was nicely updated and light and bright, with a nice view of the bay from the screened porch and comfortable furnishings. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, beautiful stay

This was the cleanest and most beautiful location we've stayed on a vacation. The view was restorative. We watched the sunset from the balcony. I'd stay here again for sure.

Close to the beach but also quiet space on the bay side. We enjoyed the pool which was not crowded. The house was very comfortable and everything was working perfectly.

Amazing get away

Amazing place to stay, out of the craziness but close enough to drive too. I only wish there was more then 1 TV.

nice place

veery nice, well decorated, only wish it had not been on the third floor. my old knees did not like the stairs. also some info on the TV would be helpful. Otherwise very nice.

Great place to stay

Family friendly they have thought of everything. Kids games and sand toys.. close to the beach
 easy walk.. really close to good restaurants and grocery stores..and gas station.. great communication from the renters.. Clean and well organized.. decorated with a fresh look.. absolutely loved staying here
 I’ve been to Ocean City almost every year for 30 years and this was the best place I’ve ever stayed
 Even better then the high priced hotels on the beach.. The pool was great., large clean and safe. I can’t wait to book at this place next summer the only thing I would do differently is book longer
