Aquarius 7th Floor Spectacular Beachfront View From Both Balconies, Pool & Spa!

Condominium’s community pool, brand new grills, and picnic areas, with nightlife and family-friendly attractions a short walk away. Please contact Christine McWilliams at least two days prior to arrival for required check-in instructions; phone: 210-264-9998.

IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets guest limits based on city, county fire, safety, and occupancy ordinances.

Occupancy limit is 4 which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers.

There are no exceptions to exceed the guest limit during your stay. Non-registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.

Any violation to the guest limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave. If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid, without refunds or credits.

SUMMER GUESTS: For your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, age 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The wristband is at no cost to you, unless lost. Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost.

Right out of the gate, excellent communication with owner. The condo faces the ocean so that in and of itself was amazing. The condo was well equipped with necessities and very clean. Comfy beds too. Great location! Highly recommend this place.

The host was amazing to work with. She made sure to cover everything we might have needed to know. The condo is amazing! The view is amazing! I found my zen on that balcony. So close to the beach and the neighborhood is great, in response to another review regarding it. We had an awesome trip and the condo was the focal point and icing on the cake. I highly recommend.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Everything we needed for a wonderful weekend at a family reunion/girlfriend getaway! The hosts spent a lot of time and effort on making sure that all the essentials were there for a very comfy stay, the decor was darling and we found they supplied things that other condos do not like beach towels, hats, games, etc. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful condo & location

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Before we arrived, I had a courtesy call with Christine and she provided helpful details and information for our overall stay. Upon arrival, the condo was extremely clean! The condo building and grounds are also very clean and the staff are very friendly.This property is in a beautiful location and has incredible views of the beach and the bay. We have stayed at this property before but were on the 3rd floor - being able to find this unit on the 7th floor was a score! We will definitely come back to Christine's unit!The proximity to the beach and the walkway access make it so easy to head to the beach and quickly pop back to the condo if needed without feeling like you have to pack up all of your belongings.The condo has all the little extras you would need for a little beach getaway - I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic!!

Let me start by saying that we are from the local area and have stayed at many rental properties. This condo is simply fantastic! When we arrived, we immediately noticed the cleanliness. Yay! (Wife is always worried about this ) Two balconies offering a beautiful view of the gulf and the causeway. Want to see how busy the beach is, condition of the water, traffic on the causeway, traffic on Padre Blvd
 the balconies give you a full scope of the surroundings. The outdoor patio furniture is top notch. Beds are very comfortable. A/C cools the unit down very well and the powered sun shades are a bonus to help with cooling and keeping the unit dark in the early morning hours. Full size refrigerator killed it at keeping beverages cold (One of my worries
lol) and kitchen was fully stocked. Oh, and the towels were heavenly . Complex is managed 24/7 at the front desk, giving you a peace of mind that unauthorized guests will not be an issue. Gated parking keeps your vehicle safe. Multiple umbrella rentals located within walking distance. Can’t say enough about this property. We’re a family of three and the space was perfect for us. A Definitely looking for this unit at our next stay on SPI.

This was a beautiful condo. Nicely decorated, well stocked, comfortable beds with 2 bathrooms and showers. The view is amazing and the grounds are clean and well kept. Security gates were appreciated. Walk to beach convenience. Highly recommend.

Check in process was easy even though a later time, we spent the time waiting on the beach with public access next to the property. Property extremely clean! Location perfect walking to Gravity Park and nearby restaurants.

Lovely apartment!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. The location was great, the apartment was comfortable and well stocked, and everything from making the reservation to checking in and out went smoothly. We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!
