- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests.

Gorgeous bungalow with lots of amenities. Very short walk to the sound and centrally located to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable and the home is very well stocked. Your stress melts away the minute you walk through the door.

BoHo Bungalow Review

We had a great stay! We were visiting family in the area over the 4th of July and this was one of our favorite places we have stayed. The location was excellent for us. We enjoyed the porch and the house was immaculate. We would like to return there again in the future.

5 stars across the board! This lovely, well appointed cottage was the perfect place for a quick recharge away from the hustle of everyday. Everything is as pictured - really! Not only that (which if you VRBO regularly you know isn’t the case a lot) but it smelled so clean and fresh upon arrival. There were also several lights on and the tv set to background music so it felt warm and welcoming. The bed is super comfortable which is another thing never to be taken for granted in a rental situation. Wonderful outdoor tub with stocked bubble bath and bath salts. Unbelievable stay! Nicki is super helpful with details and quick to respond. Would not only recommend but already planning to return myself!

Beautiful Bungalow

Loved this space!!! Great location and bungalow has everything you could ever need. Outdoor space is wonderful for morning coffee or late afternoon glass of wine. The outdoor soaking tub was the cherry on top!! So magical and relaxing Definitely coming back, didn't want to leave!

Cutest little getaway!

This beach trip was only my second time down in NC, and my boyfriend’s and I’s first trip staying at our own house together. It was the perfect little getaway for our first trip, and we loved absolutely everything about the property! We were able to walk to the sound to watch sunset together, and easily get to the beach and the little shopping areas. We can’t wait to book again in the future!

We loved the BoHo Bungalow. It felt like home: so clean and beautifully appointed. The decor was inviting, the bed comfortable. My wife is very much into home design and I’m pretty sure she is out right now purchasing some copycat items…so thanks for that…haha! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was close; what more can you ask for. Highly recommend.

BoHo Bungalow an amazing stay!

Beautiful warm October weather brought us to the OBX for a last minute getaway. The outdoor soaking tub drew us to this bungalow. What an amazing extended weekend - the bungalow was exactly as pictured and met all our expectations. From the comfy bed with crisp white sheets and clean welcoming fragrance to the modern BoHo flair of the bungalow and the huge tv - we loved it all! Definitely coming back!!

Hidden Relaxing Gem!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful weekend stay! I have been going to the OBX for over 20 years and this was a unique and special experience! The overall place had the vibes for a relaxing/luxury apartment getaway. The outside tub was a plus and it felt like I was at a resort spa! We were both able to have long days at the beach and come back to such a calming, clean, and, restorative place! We plan to come back in the future!!!

A great getaway

First impression when we opened the front door…Wow! Such a beautifully decorated and clean apartment. Nicki was great getting back to me on any questions. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk to the Sound side to walk. I was a little disappointed that there was no beach area on that side, but that was this was my first time staying in Kill Devil Hills so I didn’t know. We drove to the Beach and the place was in a very good location for access to shopping, restaurants and golf. You won’t be disappointed in this charming place.

Nikki runs a first class operation. I literally felt like I was staying at my own private resort. I believe the devil is in the details and Nikki nails it in this property. Everything you could possibly need is stocked in the kitchen, even a zester! The sofa and bed are both so comfortable that it made it difficult to go out each day. We ended each night with a walk to the pier to watch the sunset, and then I hit the soaker tub for about an hour. The tub is Located underneath a slotted ceiling where you could look up and see the stars. This property is close to the sound on one side and the beach on the other. You do have to cross a main road to get to the beach, but there is plenty of parking close to the beach and it’s literally a one minute drive. There are plenty of options for dining and we had so many delicious meals, This was one of the hardest trips to walk away from. Communication with Nikki was incredible. Anytime I would text or call her, she would get back to me immediately. If you are visiting this part of OBX I don’t think you could ask for a better rental spot. Thank you Nikki for giving us such an amazing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the Boho Bungulo. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The Bedroom, bath (shower inside and outdoor tub), and kitchen were nicely done with items that you would feel comfortable using at home. We had one issue with the large tv in the living room but the host was very responsive and sent someone out to correct the problem. The property is convenient to the Wright Brothers Museum, the Wild Horse tours, Lighthouses, good restaurants, and more.
