This house was excellent in cleanliness. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Also the use of the netflix was great to settle in and watch a movie at the end of the day. The property was in located in a great place for our activities.The room as you enter the house is nice, but unused, possibly a shuffleboard or pool table would add a nice touch. We will keep you in mind if our travels are in that area of florida. Thank you, Ferrences and Edwards

Amazing

The place was very clean and cozy... good area and 12 minutes to indian rock beach, when it came to communication with Jesus he always answered and was very helpful.

Phillies Spring Training 2023

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater this year. The house we stayed in was extremely large as advertised in VRBO it was one of the cleanest houses i ever stayed in and the communication and cooperation with the owner was seemless. The outside of the house was manicured beautifully and I would have no problem renting this house next year if we come down again.

Christmas in Florida

We booked this house for a post cruise Christmas in Florida with family. The house is very spacious with a great living room and a huge TV that everyone enjoyed. The weather was very cold during our visit so we didn't get to enjoy the yard or the wonderful lanai. Having the garage was a great help as well as the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a wonderful time.

Perfect for Florida Vacation!

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and only about 10-15 minutes to the gulf. Also, it is close to shopping (Winn-Dixie, Aldi, Target, etc) and restaurants. It was spacious and very clean. Our host, Jesus was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a couple opportunities to meet him and he was always friendly and helpful. I consider him extremely honest and trustworthy. Jesus allowed us to visit a couple other properties that he owns and they were both clean and conveniently located. We highly recommend Jesus as a host.

Having a rental property ourselves, I'll try to hit on the things our renters like to hear about. First off, the communication with Jesus was 10/10. Quite frankly, I'm not sure how she replies to fast. Secondly, we were coming for a wedding and needed to be in the home before the 5PM checkout time. Jesus made it happen for us. There is a Publix's nearby and an Winn Dixie (less than a mile). 20ish minutes (at 5:30AM) from TPA.There is a drive to beaches, but just know that ahead of time. Plenty of space and cooking tools. Also, some left over starter ingredients so you don't have to go buy everything. Would definitely come back.
