This charming first floor unit is located in Sandcastles on the Amelia Island Omni Resort. Within walking distance to the Omni, this place is perfect for convention attendees or Omni wedding guests. Full kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked for any families cooking needs. Master bedroom has 2 Queen beds and an in suite bath. Master bedroom has patio access as well as living room. Boardwalk to the beach is less than 100 feet away!

Ground level unit is perfect for no elevator access. Wonderful landscaping and a pool for use by Sandcastle guests only.

Fabulous property on the ground floor. Very clean and a short walk to the beach/pool. Beautiful trees and landscaping. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Yes, the space worked out well for us. We would prefer a bigger bed and the entertainment hutch was worn and showed its age. Other than that, it was a great property and experience.

Very nice - but no ocean view.

Everything about the unit was clean, convenient and wonderfully furnished. The only thing I didn’t expect was that there is no view of the ocean.

You can't beat the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started off shaky, but then it was Marcie to the rescue! Excellent and instant communication between host and vacationer. Great location, very clean. It may be time for some cosmetic upgrades. Bring some grapes to feed the turtles who stop by daily and some carrots for the bunnies who hang out in the grass. Overall, fair price and you can't beat the short walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice- Great location---I did not sleep as well as expected- don't know if the mattress/supports had anything to do with it. The front locks are a bit cumbersome so we left mostly from the rear door and left open when going to the beach- don't know if a lock could be placed there also? Overall it was wonderful and we appreciate allowing our dog to come! He also found a friend only a few doors down- worked out great.
