One of the best vacations we’ve had in HHI since we’ve been visiting for 20 years. Host was always helpful and accessible. Condo was laid out very well and was well equipped. We were within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, yet it had a very private feel. Nightly sunsets over the marina were an added plus. We absolutely loved the patio and spent a great deal of time there! A great place to start the morning with our coffee.

The room was very clean with nice decor and furnishings. It was in an incredible location. Within a short walking distance to Harbor Town restaurants and shops and the Harbor Town pool. The Harbor Links golf course was across the street. Trolley stop was very close as well. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. If we come back to Hilton Head this would be the place to stay again.

Excellent property, great location

We were surprised by the excellent location for everything, we toured, broke the week up with an overnight stay in Charleston, had a trip to Daufuskie Island, enjoyed Buffton. Next time dedicated to golf.

Great Location!

This condo is really in the perfect location. My wife and young children really enjoyed our stay this September. The condo was clean with updated bathrooms, but the really important thing was the location. It is about a 1 minute walk to Harbor Town. We will definitely try to book this again.

perfect location

Just off the beaten path of downtown Harbor Town it was a perfect location. Easy walking to all the restaurants, shops, bike and and walking paths. Loved the porch. Great escape for my morning coffee and reading. Comfortable bed. Living room chairs not so much.

Perfect spot for Harbor Town access

Cute little condo steps from Harbour Town Golf Links, and from the Marina/Lighthouse. Be aware of their policy to provide only minimal sundries, they expect you to provde your own after a couple of days. Price is great for a fantastic location! We were in town for a wedding near the 18th hole.

Harbor town condo with possibilities

All was good except the garbage in the trash bin in the front door was way overflowing when we arrived. We called Robert who told me that the HOA handled that and he would contact it. The trash stayed that way for 11 days. At that time I flagged down the garbage collection truck. It turns out that the driver was new and not very knowledgeable. And just was missing our garbage. Robert refund part of our rent because of the mistake

Great location in Harbour town, Clean, comfortable, renovated lower floor unit. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed and the refrigerator was spacious. The AC worked well and the noise it made while running didn't bother us. There was no pool in this set of condos, but it wasn't advertised and we did our swimming in the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.
