Its a super comfy and completely renovated condo right on the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach! You will feel right at home while you enjoy all that this condo has to offer. Located at Castle Reef, where you have direct access to the beach, pool, shuffle board courts, grills and tennis courts. This corner unit is the perfect place for you to snuggle up with a good book on the balcony and listen to the waves. For those that want to keep their toes in the sand, there's some beach games, including bocce ball, enjoy a relaxing dip in the ocean and soak up the warm Florida Sunshine.. You don't have to travel far with restaurants and grocery stores located within walking distance. Or a few-minute drive to Flagler or Canal Street to frequent the local watering holes, shopping districts and even more restaurants. This is home away from home. đŸ©”

Wonderful Stay!

We always stayed at Castle Reef in my late teens/early twenties, this trip brought back some great memories. April is a phenomenal host and the unit is great, you will not be disappointed if you choose her condo for your next stay! Planning another trip later in the summer, sure hope we are able to stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Great condo complex

We have been coming to NSB for quite a few years and this might be one of the cleanest, quietest condo's we have stayed at. We love the no drive beach and the location to great restaurants. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Visiting friends in NSB

Had a great time spending the weekend in NSB. It is one of the best, true beach towns in FL. Loved the view from the condo. April was very helpful. Hope to come back soon.

Quick Weekend Trip

Perfect property for a quick weekend beach trip for 2. Kitchen is well supplied and property is right on the beach and across from stores and restaurants. Condo is clean and balcony has a great view of the water. Owner is quick to reply and help with anything we needed! Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful time at the beach.

This property is one of the best places we have stayed on the coast. The owner has tended to every detail so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. It is high end luxury with a wonderful view. We are so very thankful to April for sharing her home with us . Hoping to stay again soon.

Beautiful kept property. Very clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The owner kept in touch before, during and after our stay. She provided exceptional service and we'll be back again to listen to the sound of ocean waves as we drift off to sleep in a very comfortable bed.

I had the best time at Aprils place with an ocean view! The condominium was beautifully decorated, a 75” tv in the living room, large screen in bedroom and a very modern bathroom and shower with personalized mirror settings over the sinks. The bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper and shower necessities. All windows had wood slatted floor to ceiling sliders which were gorgeous and easy to make the place very private, or lit to your liking. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, dishes, toaster, microwave everything I needed. The pool was heated and just a small stairway to the beach!The owner was fantastic! Excellent communication during my trip, I had no problems or issues. I will rent this property next time I come to New Smyrna Beach!! Lovely!

The beach! My mother lived most of her last years in New Smyrna Beach. It’s a very special place. It’s peaceful and beautiful. The people are great and it’s not the typical busy touristy beach.

This condo is filled with everything you will need during your stay. Being right on the beach, you can just walk right out and you are there. It doesn’t get much better than that!
