Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the air conditioning failure during your stay and understand how uncomfortable this was, especially during the summer. When the issue was reported, our team responded immediately and dispatched both our maintenance staff and a licensed HVAC vendor to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, it was determined that the system had experienced a major failure and required additional work. While we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we were ultimately dependent on the vendor's availability and replacement schedule. We understand how disappointing this experience was and regret that the repair could not be completed during your stay. We appreciate your patience as we worked through an unforeseen equipment failure and apologize that we were unable to restore cooling before your departure. Thank you again for your feedback.
