Beautifully remodeled one story pet friendly beach home located in the exclusive gated SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. This home also features a 6 seat golf cart for cruising the resort, going to the private resort beach access, and even riding to the shops and restaurants in the adjacent Grand Boulevard.

This coastal luxury home has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with stainless appliances and lots of room to relax and enjoy paradise. The private driveway and carport outside will make it easy to get in and out when needed. The carport is even stocked with beach items for a fun day at the beach. There is a back patio with a dining table and chairs and a BBQ grill to enjoy the beach life.

The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate vanity area. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and is across the hall from the second full bathroom also with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is a fun bunk room that has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle bed--great for the kids or the kids at heart!

When you are ready to explore the resort, just hop on the included 6 seat golf cart, or the resort tram and cruise around to view the golfers, tropical palm trees, ponds, the Bay, tennis courts, basketball courts, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, the beach and more!
