Nice house and deck and big yard. Close to the beach. Had a great time. I would say the only drawback is that it’s close to the highway, but there are trees and a fence in between. Would definitely go again.

This was the perfect spot for 9 people including 3 kids under 5! The place was very clean and very close to several beaches, cafes, and restaurants. Brian was a very communicative host, and it was awesome to be able to borrow so many beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, games and more! The yard and obstacle course were so fun, I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend the house was spacious and clean. The outdoor space was huge it was nice to relax outside with the firepit and hot tub. We all loved it and would go back to stay again.

Perfect beach house for family. So close to beach and town but a little hidden gem surrounded by trees. The hot tub was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. Thank you

Beautiful house, every amenity.

Check in was super easy. House came stocked with all the beach toys and grilling accessories. What ever you needed for a family vacation, this property had and the beach is a short drive down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family vacation Spot

The best equipped rental we've encountered. Everything for the kitchen, lots of beach toys, bikes and games. Beautiful grounds with swings and activity center. We were a bit surprised at the location directly on Rt. 1, but the property is fenced and we ignored the sound of traffic! Very responsive host, easy check in and out. Wonderful for multigeneration family vacation.

Excellent house for a family trip

Clean, fully stocked home with many fun indoor and outdoor amenities. Fun for children and adults alike! Brian is a responsive host. Close to the highway, but still a great location and close to everything we wanted to do. Had a great time!

September goof trip

Excellent property, the house is very comfortable and it’s well-stocked with everything needed to enjoy time on the property or at the beach. Proximity to Rt 1 was not a problem at all. We had a great long weekend.
