AC ruined our trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our only issue was that were notified several days before our arrival that the central AC was not working and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. They supplied portable ac units in each room. The units were very loud especially trying to sleep with them on in the bedrooms. On two nights the units in the living room set the smoke detectors off while we were all sleeping so they had to be turned down. You couldn’t turn the units off and open the windows because it was humid and the noise from the road was load. We were given a small refund but not enough to cover the problems we had or the ruined trip

This house was perfect for me and my family of 6, great location and lots of food and shopping within walking distance. House was very comfortable and beautiful, lots of room, great appliances and extras and the company was very accommodating to our needs and went above for us. Highly recommend for any family considering this location.

Three spacious bedrooms, full kitchen and three full bathrooms. You can even see the mountains and the ocean from the balcony. Poipu Beach is a perfect getaway and this is a great place to stay with your family.

The things I would change has to do with a different design aesthetic. Like the padding on the bench is too big and not comfortable. The TVs do not have the same access. One TV in the master bedroom has HBO where the one in the family room does not.

Perfect For Our Large Family

Great location and plenty of room for our family if 7! It was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to sit on Lanai every morning and drink coffee and watch the sunrise together! Some rooms were cooler than others with the a/c, but overall the temperature was comfortable. Loved the beach towels provided, and the beach toys, but would have loved a few more boogie boards. We just ended up renting a few more. Great location close to restaurants and shops, but it would have been nice to maybe have a guide with some of the local restaurants and menus, excursions and grocery stores. Overall, we had the most amazing vacation and would definitely book again!

Trip of a lifetime!

This condo was amazing. It felt like home. Easy access, had everything we needed, no issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kauai! 5 stars.

Kauai getaway

This place was gorgeous! It was very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, containers, ziplocks, and more. The bedrooms were very nice and large. Lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a high chair for my grandson to use. Also lots of beach toys in the garage. This place is amazing, and I can’t wait to stay there again!

Nice place to stay on the South end of Kauai

The condo was clean and modern, and roomy for six adults. Conveniently located on the south end of Kauai, includes nice amenities. Check in was simple and straightforward, had no issues with our stay!

Beautiful condo! Clean, large rooms. Easy parking. Gorgeous porch. Steps from the Pool. 10 Min walk from restaurants and shopping. 5 min drive to see the Sea Turtles at PoiPu Beach. Definitely will stay again!
