The Clubhouse has excellent facilities, including Pool, Jacuzzi, and Gym. The resort has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and stunning views across the Lake - you'll feel at home right away!
The home is approximately 45 mins from Disney/Universal or 1.5 hours from the beaches. This home is the perfect place for you to relax in an idyllic setting.

Kitchen sink was barley screwed in, mattress was terrible con caved in the middle, blinds were broke

Windows were filthy, stove top burners did not fit on two burners and stove was old. Mattress in master bedroom concave in the middle my husband had to sleep in the spare bedroom. The faucet in kitchen was ready to fall off! (We reported to James at property Management he said Togo ahead and use it! Adult pool was closed! My husband saw a Palme bug crawling on the w on Saturday we packed up and left Sunday Morning instead of Monday

Remote Condo Location Well Maintained “Resort”

We have just returned from a 6 week stay at this property. The condo we rented was just okay. There are numerous small issues with the inside mostly due to the owner’s apparent lack of interest in addressing or updating the unit. The mattress in the main bedroom for one thing is probably ten years old not to mention thin and uncomfortable. I emailed the property management to advise a list of a dozen or so minor issues prior to our departure. Our reasons for renting here did not involve Disney; this location is 20 mins from Haines City and 30 + mins to reach Lake Wales, Dundee and Winter Haven. Plan trips and meals in advance to drive to any restaurants or grocery stores as stated above. The pool & hot tub area is well maintained and quiet. We enjoyed our time here; very peaceful. You are basically in a rural area whichever route or navigation device to get to this property. The “resort” description may have applied when the property was initially developed (I researched online) but any anticipated resort amenities that one is used to don’t apply other than the pool/hot tub. Not sure why “golf resort” is attached either as there is no golf course.

Very enjoyable stay in a nice gated resort

The condo was very clean, as most rentals it could use some TLC with the kitchen cabinets and most of all the mattresses that are 20 years old, overall my six week rental was great, many nice people.

Nice place to relax away from the city.

Not far away from Lake Marion (but you can't see the Lake from the property), Lake Marion Golf Resort is a well maintained community, very tidy and secure. It has nice communal areas (pools and hot tub, tennis ans basket ball courts). The appartment itself has everything you need for a short or longer stay (we stayed there for two weeks). Maybe it would need some upgrading of the beds and mattresses. Overall a bit far from Orlandos attractions, but clearly worth it.

Overall everything was good. Location is a bit far from everything. The host was very responsive.

The renting process was easy and quick. The property manager kept in touch with us and was very quick to respond.

Loved our stay

The whole process was easy to check in and out. The community is quiet and amenities were perfect for the family. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a little far from Orlando but for the price it was worth the drive in to town which was about an hour depending on traffic. Absolutely recommend!!!
