Nouvelle MISE À JOUR pour 2018: pas de tapis. Nouveau plancher dans tout le condo oĂč se trouvait le tapis.

2017: Je viens d'ajouter le surmatelas en mousse à mémoire de forme LUCID 2 pouces "LinenSpa" pour les 2 lits jumeaux dans la 2Úme chambre et le matelas King le 20 août 2016.

2 chambres et 1. 5 bains. Unité au deuxiÚme étage à quelques pas du sable et du surf. Profitez de votre précieux temps de vacances le long du Grand Strand sur Shore Drive entre l'Atlantique et Singleton Swash.

Que vous veniez à Myrtle Beach pour bronzer au bord de l'océan, jouer au golf, faire du shopping ou dßner dans l'un de nos nombreux restaurants de classe mondiale, nous espérons que vous envisagerez de rester avec nous. Vous ne pouvez pas trouver une meilleure valeur d'emplacement le long du Grand Strand pour le plaisir en famille!

Great Trip!

Property is in a great location. Even for a holiday week, beach was not overly crowded. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect location! Right on the beach! We arrived early and were still able to check in. The only things that could have been better were more beach chairs (there were 4 of us) and a few more kitchen items like a cookie sheet. Other than that just a great place to stay. This was my first Vrbo experience. Would definitely stay again!

This property was very nice, just steps from the beach, and a short drive to golf courses .. the property is quiet, but an older property.. the host had the condo ready early for us to meet our travel plans .. I would stay there again

Great Place

Went to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. Stayed here, couldn't have been happier with the place. The pool and beach were only steps away and it was a 15 min drive to baseball fields and local attractions. It was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4.

Outstanding location.

We loved the location. It really was on the beach and the pool was very nice. The condo itself was clean and well-equipped. One small con was the large, noisy AC unit on the small balcony, but the kids didn't seem to mind. I glad I do not have to stress again looking on the Internet, I've found a place to go back to!!

Condo was very clean. Air conditioner worked perfect, it was in the 90's every day. Pool and grounds were very clean. People all very friendly. We plan on going again next year.

Wonderful place on the beach

Exactly as described. Roomy and clean. Fully functional kitchen. Very good location. Right on the beach. Near Apache pier, 20 min till downtown of myrtle beach, 1/2 hour till airport. There are lots for restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay tremendously Would go again

A great spot

This property was awesome. It was located on the beach. We couldn't ask for a more quiet , clean condo. The king size bed was very comfortable, and there were two bathrooms. The place is not big but big things comes in small packages. It's nice and perfect for a small family. I highly recommend

The good: right on the beach. Comfortable bed. The bad: no iron, no hair dryer, the couch smells like a gym locker room, rusted fridge door, peeling paint from walls, tiny tvs. Wouldnt stay here again unless issues fixed.

Summer break at Myrtle Beach

The property is exactly as advertised. The community is right at the beach and has a private beach access. The community pool is very nice. The central AC in the condo works very well. Beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Both the TVs have all the standard channels and the wi-fi works well. I worked remotely from the condo for a couple of days without any issues with the internet. Couple of suggestions - if two new rolls of bath tissue are kept for guests at check-in that will be helpful. We were not aware that toilet rolls are not provided and had to make a quick trip to Kroger to get a pack (Kroger is just 5 minutes away and is open till midnight, which is helpful). And sometimes it's difficult to unlock the front door and needs several attempts. It will be good if it's repaired or replaced.

What a find!

Just returned from our week long stay in this condo & I must say I was very happy I found this online! This was the 1st time we ever stayed North Myrtle as we usually stay South in a hotel. It was 3 adults, 2 teens & a baby and the condo was perfect. The pool was right at our feet so it made it great to take the baby to. The Ocean was a few steps away & the best part was it was all flat level walking (no bridges to cross like in other places) The entire condo was clean & the area outside too. The bedding was comfortable & the heat pump was so worth the little space the unit took up on the balcony. Mr. Bond even made a special trip back by there to assure we had plenty of towels (which we did already so it was a caring gesture) It was just as stated in the description. Ocean Annies was great and steps away, Flip Flop bar & grill a easy walk as you can see it from condo, pier maybe a 4 min slow walk on the beach & River City Cafe was located next door where we had burgers one day & was pleased. The teens(15 yrs old) really loved it (& so did we) that is was so family oriented & they could walk up to the general store, get subs at Subs R Us, hang out on the pier & swim till 10pm in the condo pool. We will def be going back & staying here again.

Great condo right on the beach!

Had a great time! Very nice condo right on the beach. Very nice size master bedroom. Other bedroom had two twin beds...great for the kids. We also used the pull out couch...which wasn't bad at all. Decent size overall especially for the money! We had four adults and two kids and we really had plenty of room. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. AC was cold! (definitely worth the space on the porch lol) Does have a small terrace/porch similar to hotel. Its in walking distance to several bars, a pier, and few places to eat and then only a couple of minutes from several grocery stores and souvenir/beach stores. Broadway at the beach was only about 20 minutes away. Only bad thing I can think to say is there is only one parking pass so we had to leave our other car in public parking (we normally just left the other car at wal-mart...never had a problem) which wasn't a huge deal. Just a warning there are several condos on shore drive bunched together that are called "A Place at the Beach" they are numbered and this one is in 5. We were a bit confused at first. Definitely satisfied and would come back!
