Nice Pleasant Stay

It’s difficult to travel and find accommodations with a toddler and dog, however this spot was great for what we needed. It was spacious enough for everyone to spread out, close enough to town where walking was a nice treat - clean and cozy and would recommend for anyone visiting Mystic

Great little cottage!

Clean, simple cottage walking distance to all the fun in Mystic. Easy to park, well stocked with games and easy to use streaming TV. Comfy beds.

Long weekend

The cottage was great. It was perfect for the long weekend I took with friends. The kitchen was large and the sun porch was nice to sit in for a quiet moment. The quick walk into town was a major plus.

Charming Home

We were delighted with this property! It is located in a lovely neighborhood, not far from local sights/restaurants. It was quite clean, and appeared to be fairly recently refurbished. We loved the large kitchen, and enjoyed drinking our morning tea on the adjoined sun porch. We will happily stay here again the next time we visit Mystic.

Charming and Convenient

The cottage is in a perfect location to stay away from the busy downtown of Mystic but within easy walking distance. The interior of the home is well furnished and charming. We especially appreciated the comfortable living room furniture. The yard and neighborhood are nice for walking dogs.

this house was perfect!! i was close to downtown mystic...mystic seaport and mystic village..also very close to the casinos....we even went to newport and it was an hour away!! we will definitely stay again...thank you Dan for everything

perfect stay

We needed one night in Mystic to meet friends for the music festival playing at Willow point boat yard and it was so convenient and Dan was the best host everything was perfect . House was clean and the AC appreciated!! The only improvement would be that there would be shampoo and conditioner in the shower in the bathroom. We loved everything about the house.thank you Dan!!!

Perfect in every way

We recently stayed at Mystic Cottage/Burrows Homestead . The property was immaculate. Master bedroom mattress was very thick memory foam and afforded me the best night's sleep in memory. Off street parking adjacent to entry doorway was very nice much appreciated. Lots of natural tree and bush growth to afford privacy even on the screened in back porch. Location superb with easy walking distance to downtown Mystic. I am sure I am forgetting some other great things, but it has been more than a week since our stay. Our only disappointment was that we could only stay one night as we had other travel plans the following day. We hope to visit again and stay longer. In short, this property far exceeds our expectations.
