Sun and fun

This condo is what you want when you need relaxation and a beautiful view of the beach. Will definitely return to this beautiful place. The restaurant is good especially if you do not to go out.

Fun in the sun

This is the second time in this comfortable condo. The view of the ocean and the sun set is amazing. We will definitely return.

Great views, on beach.

The condo has great views, 6th floor. We saw whales from the porch. It’s located within 10-15 min of airport. Lots of pools, several heated. Others staying at this large complex were friendly and helpful advice givers to us first timers. The kitchen is a little worn (cabinets) but we spent most our time on the porch or by the pool. Facility has good restaurant if you don’t want to leave but local food is great.

Wonderful Complex and Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit at the Grand Venetian. The location is perfect with shopping, grocery stores, buses, etc nearby. The kitchen cabinets and tap are in a bit of rough shape and could be updated but in general most of what I needed was there. The bed was comfortable and there was a great view from the balcony. It was a nice home away from home. The Property Manager was very good at resolving any issues that came up. I would love to come back next year.

This was a very lovely unit and property. Even though it is an apartment and not a resort, it still felt like we were treated like royalty. I felt extremely safe due to all the security and it wasn't that overwhelming. The view we had from the apartment was outstanding. We saw whales from our room balcony. Amazing. It was very easy to have Uber pick us up and drop us off. We hope to come back soon again.

Beautiful View!

Overall good condo for the price, with an excellent view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen needs some updating (the cabinets are worn out and chipped). The silverware provided was a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned before using. The hot tub was a plus!

Terrific unit in safe and clean building with gorgeous pools!

This was our first experience with a VRBO in Mexico, and we were not disappointed! Ulises was so wonderful to work with. We had to reach out about a few things upon arrival and report something we accidentally broke on day two, and he was fast and understanding with his responses. The unit is terrific. There are some dinged corners of kitchen cabinets and some squeaky drawers but it's a lovely and clean set up with a ton of great appliances (air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.) The bed is really comfortable and the two large tvs were great. The real highlight though was the jacuzzi on the terrace; literally watch the sunset from the tub! You also overlook a large beach space that had a lot of activity most evenings and it was great to watch from up above. The pools are lovely and beach chairs are really comfortable and aplenty. BYOB food and drinks, or order from the friendly staff of the onsite restaurant. There was some confusion at the front gate when we first arrived that took ~10 minutes to sort out. The grounds are super quiet (definitely not like a hotel, we seldom saw people in the nice but simple lobby or elevator areas) but it felt super safe and secure. Getting into our unit was a breeze. There wasn't much info available about our amenities (restaurant, poolside service, hours, etc.) but we were able to figure it all out pretty quickly. It really is just like a condo with gorgeous pools, so just assume you have access to everything a resident does.
