Great spot!! Super close to the beach (5min walk), cute little spot, decorated beautifully. Only thing we found ourselves wanting was some spices to cook with since we forgot some, but overall a good place to vacation.

Great beach condo!

We had a lovely time staying at this condo. The location is fantastic, it’s a two minute walk to the sand! My kids really enjoyed the pool as well. We would gladly stay here again the next time we visit SPI!

Great condo with great location!!

Complex is on the beach!! Watched fireworks Friday and Saturday nights from the paved area just before the beach! Great beach location with multiple food/drink options! Highly recommend this condo and The Tiki!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property was located on the beach and had two nice pools, and it was convenient to several restaurants nearby.

Perfect place for a couple

The tiki is our favorite place to stay and this is our favorite condo there. Everything in the condo is sized for the condo. Plenty of room and some amenities that really make the stay nice,

Best stay yet.

We try to get to SPI at least once a year for the last several years and this was the best condo so far. Quiet, clean and easy access to everything. We’ll definitely stay again.

My 65th birthday stay

Property was wonderful. We took 4 fishing trips, went to the beach and many eateries. It was a very successful and memorable stay for my grandson & I.

The property was very well kept, the rooms were cold before we arrived and after we left.
