Pardon our mess!! We are under construction until May 19th! With the siding and decking being replaced the decks and balconies are not able to be used at this time. Parking is limited, but we are offering parking across the street with a parking pass should you need.

Enjoy this 1bedroom with a king size bed, 1bathroom with waterfront views. With a fireplace in the living room and seating for 6 this unit is everything you need for a weekend getaway.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, dishwasher, a microwave and island seating.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Charlevoix and the Edgewater is a perfect location for experiencing the city. We used the laundry facilities and enjoyed our view from the picture window! It was a bit of a drag that construction was still going on so we were unable to enjoy our patio. The space was nice after many nights in smaller hotel rooms.

The perfect place to escape to when the winter blahs start to set in... we love the peacefulness of this property this time of year. It's very quiet, and Charlevoix is not overflowing with people, which makes for a relaxing and wonderful weekend. We love this place, and Rose at the front desk is very friendly and inviting. We'll see you next year!
