Enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom waterfront condo—perfect for a weekend getaway or extended retreat. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a full bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

The open-concept living space includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, while the living room offers comfortable seating for up to four and a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in scenic views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property provides a welcoming home-away-from-home atmosphere.

Perfect Getaway

We had the best time. From our balcony we were able to watch the sun rise and see the boats and ferries come and go. We also unknowingly booked when the applefest was happening so it was fun to be able to walk everywhere...shops, beach, etc.

Beautiful views from the back balcony of Round lake and the boats coming and going! The room was clean except for some cobwebs on the back deck. The only downside to the room is that the bedroom had a window in it that had the outside hallway on the other side, so it was very loud in the bedroom if people were talkimg as they passed by. You could hear every word of their conversations. Thankfully this quieted down in the evening when we went to sleep. Otherwise everything was great!

Thank you as well for the notes on what could be improved. We’re sorry about the cobwebs on the back deck. That should have been taken care of, and we’ll reinforce exterior deck checks with housekeeping so the balcony is as clean and inviting as the room itself. We also appreciate you mentioning the bedroom window facing the outside hallway and the noise from passersby. That’s helpful context for future guests, and we understand how it could be disruptive—especially earlier in the day. We’re glad it quieted down in the evening so you were able to sleep comfortably, and we’ll look into any practical options to help reduce hallway noise where possible. We enjoyed our stay and unit 227 had everything we needed. We plan on coming back next summer

This was the nicest place we stayed for accommodations, relaxation, convenience, viewing harbor and boat activity. Homey atmosphere. Check in was so professional and easy.

Amazing view and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit smelled very fresh and was clean. No bugs or spider webs inside or on the balcony. The view was fun to watch the yatchs and ships sail by the unit. The front desk staff was there till 10pm and they were always helpful. We plan to come back. We enjoyed parking the car and walking everywhere. There were lots of walking paths, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the Venetian festival.

Edgewater Charlevoix Color Tour

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were very nice overall. Condo location was perfect. It was clean and well maintained with the exception the heat did not function during the evening and the room was colded until it magically turned on in the overnight hours. Not so good for a romantic evening.
