Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom. With a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, and a gas fireplace for added ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.
It's everything you need for a weekend getaway!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great location and very clean. Perfect view during any season. Would definitely stay again. Instructions for check in were limited and there are no directional signs of where your until and room number is outside or even within the complex. Be sure to ask lots of questions ahead of time of Edgewater Inn especially if checking in after 5:00 as there is no one there and nothing in your check in package to reference.

Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic experience at this condo. The staff went above and beyond—calling us to let us know our room was ready two hours early. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and offered stunning views of the water. The gas fireplace added the perfect cozy touch to our evenings. Highly recommend!

Great space when traveling with a little

This room worked perfectly for a weekend with our daughter and 1 year old grandson. We were invited to a family event in the area and wanted a comfortable home base. This room was the perfect size with an incredible view of Round Lake to enjoy our mornings on the porch before heading out for the day. Grandson loved watching the boats, and walking downtown for breakfast was a great wrap up to the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo - it was outfitted well and was clean. The view out of the windows was a nice view of the channel and the lake.

Lovely Lakeside Condo in Charlevoix

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This comfy condo had everything we needed for our stay in Charlevoix, and also a beautiful view of the lake. As a bonus, it was right next to the narrow outlet to Lake Michigan, providing a ringside view of the drawbridge and boats coming and going. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed and furniture were comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was also an easy walk to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops, and to the shore of Lake Michigan with its historic lighthouse. We would love to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renovations needed. It was REALLY outdated. The first thing that should go is the shag rug in the living room. No one wants to step into a rug that can’t be cleaned in a rental. The mattress in the pull out was so bad. Do not plan on having anyone sleep there unless they don’t want to walk the next day. Unit was cleaned superficially but we had terrible allergies to the dust and the tub had built up scum in it. It reminded me of a college apartment. The bedroom was very small, not enough room to organize your belongings. The chlorine from the pool penetrates the hallways and is abrasive. The only good thing was the view of the lake from the small deck. It was extremely over priced.

Would have been great but had some unfortunate incidents.

Was displeased I was unable to check in early as I had called and asked if I could days before, and had been told it should have been a problem. The wedding I came up for started as they called to tell me I could check in, so I wasnt able to check in until late at night. What upset me most of all is that on a Saturday, you had people working with loud powertools"drills & saws" in the condo next to me. This was at around 8 am, and I was not able to get back to sleep afterwords. Was very unhappy about this, and will not be back because of it.

Beautiful view overlooking Round Lake! Short walk across the draw bridge to Wine Tasting, Grill & Pubs, shops etc. The rooms were clean and cozy and the staff helpful when needed.
