Awesome place. The pictures were so accurate of how lovely this place is. It was fully stocked with everything possible. The neighborhood was quiet & the neighbors were so friendly. If I’m ever going to the area again I would definitely stay here again!!

Short Wilmington getaway

Clean, quiet property, everything was exactly as listed. Little patio out back was nice and shaded in the evening to sit outside for a while. Location close to beach and downtown Wilmington. Owners communicate nicely prior to your arrival with everything you need to know. I would stay here again!

Perfect for what we needed

Tgis was a great property in a great location with convenience to the University as well as shopping for our weekend. Was the perfect size for our 4 adults and 2 teens with everthing we needed.

Great place! Very comfortable, close to restaurants, groceries about a 9 minute drive to beach.

We had a wonderful time and communication with owner was stellar. The only pickle was the pool which was not maintained. Location was great, kitchen well-appointed and accommodations very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, sun drenched condo with high ceiling common area, super comfortable beds, and icy cold AC. This condo is also amazingly clean. 10/10!

Wonderful getaway

The property was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were VERY comfortable and the location was great for easy access to the beach and to great restaurants and the walking gardens nearby were terrific. Had a couple of quick logistical questions when we were there and they were responded to immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area (we were there for a wedding).

Great place, great location, exceptional customer service

Went to Wilmington for my nieces graduation and had to find a place last minute. We couldn’t have been happier. Plenty of space for our family and everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved being able to look down to the living room from their bedroom. We would 100% stay here again, next time we are back in town.

Wonderful rental!

Our first trip to Wilmington & a wonderful experience overall. Telfair is highly communicative & makes everything so easy for you! Townhouse is very comfortable, in both it's decor and livability. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or just heat up leftovers. We're looking forward to staying again soon!

Convenient Home Away

This townhome is perfectly outfitted and situated to enjoy both Wilmington and area beaches. Everything in the home was exactly as advertised: clean, well-organized, and comfortable. It was the perfect space for our family of four for a weekend get away! Telfair is a gracious and very responsive host, ready to be available and helpful. We will definitely look to stay again next time we're in the area. Thank you!

Better than we ever imagined!

This property is even more beautiful in person! We were in town for the Ironman competition, and this location was perfect! Minutes from the beach, and in a nice area. The owner is so responsive and was sure to update us well in advance on all check on procedures! We had everything we needed, and some! There was even a cute basket of snacks left in the kitchen for us. Such a nice touch! The beds were so comfy, everything was very clean, and we really loved our stay here. Will definitely stay again!

Family Reunion Wilmington

My son now living in Spain is a UNCW alum. Visiting the states with his wife and son we thought Wilmington would be the perfect place to reunite with other family members. The house we chose was perfect for the four of us and 3 cousins to stay. The house is centrally located to access all parts of Wilmington. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the house pleasantly decorated as well as clean and comfortable. I highly recommend both Wilmington and this house for anyone planning a visit to the coast of North Carolina.

Wilmington. & UNCW visit

Our trip to Wilmington was a wonderful experience. This townhome was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect for our daughter’s college tour at UNCW, visiting the Fort Fisher Aquarium, & trips to the beach & historic downtown. The townhome was nicely decorated, clean and the beds were comfortable. Telfair was a responsive & accommodating property manager allowing us to get in an hour before arrival time and answering general questions for us. We would gladly stay here again. :)

very clean, bright, happy atmosphere

This place was perfect for us (Mom, Dad, 16, 14,10). As mentioned in another review the upstairs bedroom with the (2) twin beds is kind of like a loft as there is an open area where you can look down to the living room. If you need total quiet in that room, that will be tough, as the noise travels up there. It worked for us because we all went to bed at the same time. Telfair was available by text and responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again.

Dumbfounded and irritated

Overall the stay was satisfactory with the exception of checking in and checking out. We got there 25 mins early, I texted the owner to see if we could enter a little early (I was with my elderly mother and her friend). I was told via text from the owner that we couldn’t go in and if we didn’t leave the property she was calling the police. I was dumbfounded and upset, I did nothing to illicit this respond, several minutes later via text she apologized saying that it was a mistake. And upon check out which we checked out 30 early at 9:30am, we were met by the cleaning staff who stated we we’re supposed to be out the day prior at 3pm! Which was incorrect. There seemed to be confusion and lack of communication, which left a bad taste in my mouth and I expressed my unhappiness to the owner.

Great stay in Wilmington

Very nice place, quiet, easy to get to, lots of stuff around, and easy access to grocery stores. Fun inside balcony/bedroom. Great (super great) kitchen that made the stay that much better. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place in Wilmington, NC.

This was a little mini-getaway for us to enjoy Wrightsville Beach for a few days. The townhouse was comfortable and quiet and conveniently located to the beach. Very clean and the beds were quite comfortable.
