ST GEORGE ISLAND VACATION RENTAL ISLAND BLESSING - This home has been colorfully appointed to keep you in vacation mode throughout your stay. Those lucky enough to stay in this delightful home will feel at ease the moment they walk thru the doors. The first level is the main bedroom level, with two guest bedrooms, both with their own private bathrooms and access to a large covered porch. The kids room sleeps 3, with a double and single mattress and has bathroom access. A morning kitchen is located just down the hallway with mini fridge and sink. The top floor contains the main living area with an open concept kitchen, living and dining room. Newly updated furniture and just off the living room is the expansive screen porch, with ample seating to take in those lovely Island Blessing Breezes. On this floor is the half bathroom and washer and dryer closet. The Master suite on this level has a king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, stand-alone shower and window seat. The outdoor area of this home is set up perfect to use, picnic table, enclosed outdoor shower, outdoor sink/fish cleaning table, and your own private screened enclosed pool! An additional refrigerator is located at the ground level entry, making it the perfect place to store those cool drinks for the kiddos to and from the pool. Do not miss your chance to stay in one of the islands best family accommodations!

This was a very nice location. The contents were excellent and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and access to the beach. We would return.One minor note: the instructions were to return all dishes to the cabinets. We found a variety of very dirty dishes. We think that the common request to run the dishwasher and leave things there is a better solution.

The location was great. The rest of the experience was by far the worst I’ve experienced with VRBO. Constant badgering to sign a waver that I am aware that amenities are not guaranteed! Well, now I know why! No fire pit, an inoperable fireplace, an inoperable microwave with exposed metal inside, and an inoperable pool with black mold in the jacuzzi! The Fickling property management did little to nothing to remedy the situation. I would never rent another property they manage, and am now questioning my use of VRBO.

We are glad you enjoyed the location. Thank you for taking the time to share your review. There is no constant badgering, everything is in our rental agreement that you agreed to. We do not advertise the use of a fireplace. The outdoor spa and pool were cleaned, and the microwave had rust inside that was replaced. For further discussion please contact our office. Thank you.
