MAISON DE PLANTATION - Vues sur le golfe et piscine privée

Situé à St. George Island Plantation, une communauté fermée privée, et à seulement 1,5 pâtés de maisons de la plage, Lefty's Jewel a de belles vues sur le golfe et se trouve isolé avec une piscine privée.

Trois chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée, offrent un couchage confortable pour 6 adultes (2 reines, 2 lits jumeaux, 1 lit superposé). Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision et d'un accès au balcon. L'intérieur de la maison a été récemment mis à jour avec un nouveau tapis (2018). L'extérieur a gagné une nouvelle piscine en 2016, avec une étagère de bronzage.

Le pont principal élargi offre un espace de vie supplémentaire. Et la douche extérieure permet un rinçage pratique après un voyage de sable à la plage.

Maison acceptant les animaux, mais une propriété non-fumeur.

La Plantation, une communauté fermée privée à l'extrémité ouest de l'île offre une sécurité 24/7. La Plantation possède un club-house, deux piscines communautaires, ainsi qu'un centre de remise en forme et 3 courts de tennis pour votre plaisir. Il y a aussi plus de 5 miles de pistes cyclables / pédestres pavées.

We had a wonderful stay at Lefty's Jewel! Danielle was an exceptional host - she was incredibly communicative from the moment we booked through check-out, and her response time was always quick and helpful.The location was fantastic, just one block from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Although the home is situated farther back in the plantation, we found that to be an advantage because it offered a quieter setting and added privacy. The private pool was a perfect place to relax, and we appreciated all the thoughtful extras, including plenty of pool floats and sand toys to enjoy.The town also has an excellent selection of restaurants, making it easy to find great dining options throughout our stay. Between the outdoor balconies, the convenient beach access, the peaceful surroundings, and Danielle's outstanding hospitality, Lefty's Jewel is a nice place to relax!

We had the best week! The pool was amazing and our kids loved it. The short walk to the beach was great too. There was plenty of room for our family and my parents as well. My only slight negative would be that it could have been a smidge cleaner but we knew that the cleaning team had less time. I’m also a very clean freak so it could have just been me too. We realized towards the end that the pool filter didn’t come on until Wednesday. Overall though, absolute gem.

Lefty’s Jewel was definitely a jewel. Beautiful home, well equipped, very clean. Set in a quiet area on the Plantation just steps from the beach. We enjoyed hours at the pool which was wonderful. The walking/running paths were ideal for some long distance running. The beaches were quiet and not crowded. A pleasant carefree week. Danielle was great re details and getting in, and providing good tips on places to eat. Highly recommended! Hope to be able to come back.

First let me say that Danielle, the host, was amazing! She was always quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.The home was very comfortable. We enjoyed the family room and appreciated the comfortable couches and oversized chairs which allowed our family lots of places to relax together. We also enjoyed the games available for use and if you have time for a puzzle or need a new book to read, there were plenty of options available. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of drawers and closet space for us to unpack and get settled for a week.I would say the only critique I can offer, is that the house smells like mildew, especially in the lower 2 levels. I am sure that over the years with storm surges and the humidity of the environment, this is probably unavoidable. We have a few family members who are more sensitive to smells and so we opted to plug in fragrances for the week we were there and burned a candle in the kitchen while we could supervise it. That helped with the smell. If you have a family member with a mold/mildew sensitivity, you might want to be aware.if you are looking for a comfortable home near the beach, but with privacy, so you can relax and enjoy time with your people, this is a great and affordable option. One tip- there is spotty cell coverage in the Plantation. Take screenshots of your entry codes prior to entering the Plantation because you might not be able to download it once you get past the gatehouse.

I am glad your family found the house comfortable and enjoyed the space, furnishings, games, books, and convenient beach access. I was very surprised to read your concern about an odor, as we communicated several times during your week-long stay and it was never once mentioned. Had I been notified, I would have promptly investigated the concern and taken steps to address it while you were there. We take all reports of moisture or unusual odors seriously and will thoroughly inspect the home based on your feedback. I am glad that, overall, your family had a comfortable and relaxing stay and found the home to be a good place to spend time together.

St George Island

We had an awesome stay at this property on St George Island. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice. We especially liked the location just a short walk to an uncrowded section of beach. Great area to walk and ride bikes. We highly recommend this property.

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the proximity to the ocean, while still being secluded. The pool was terrific after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Location

Wonderful Spring Break

Property exactly as advertised, well stocked and well maintained. Great views and a short walk to the beach. Everyone enjoyed the bikes and trails and playing board games.

Beautiful property that’s perfect for friends & family

We had such an amazing week staying in this beautiful home. The layout is perfect for enjoying time in the common areas and also separation with bedrooms. The backyard is great size with a beautiful private pool to enjoy. The multiple patios offer different seating options and views of the gulf. We will definitely visit again!
