Family getaway!

Very spacious property with lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the swimming pool and the play area in the garage. We would highly recommended staying here! The view of the canal and the bridge was amazing!

Overall great large vacation home!

We planned this trip with short notice and we’re happy to get it! It is very spacious and lots of room to move around! Very clean! Enjoyed the large heated pool! We did not need a home this large as there were only two of us but we made the most of all ammenities offered!

The house was spacious and very clean. The pool was clean and very well kept. The location was excellent for us to get to all of our planed adventures. The neighborhood is extremely safe and we had fun just walking around and looking at all the water and beautiful houses. The three bathrooms were very helpful. The rooms were good sized. Grocery stores were close. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

Marco Island

Enjoyed our stay at this waterfront home which was close to great restaurants and shopping. Walked around the neighborhood in the am, visited hotel beaches, Everglades and Naples for lunch and then spent our afternoons lounging by the pool. House was spacious, clean and well furnished. Even had a pair of very cute burrowing owls nestled in the front yard. Hope to be back next year!

The space was ideal for our family visit. We were somewhat disappointed with the fact that there were no supplies provided. We were unaware we would need to provide our own laundry detergent, soap, etc. That should probably be mentioned prior to a guest’s visit. The property does need some updating. The outdoor area where the garbage cans were located was a mess with old furniture piled up. The towels and linens were not of the best quality for an upscale property. All in all it worked out fine for us but we would probably choose some other property on Marco next time.

Not So Great

Property is very dated and low end. Needs significant remodeling. Virtually everything at the property was done on the cheap, paint, flooring, broken furniture/patio furniture. No fault of owner but lots of extremely loud noise during the day as homes are built right across the canal and end of street. Unsure WI-FI.

Great last minute getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The large pool was our favorite part! It was heated and got quite deep at one end. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. There were a couple pool noodles, other floaties, diving rings, and an infant floatie. Also, a ton of beach towels- which was nice not having to haul in our suitcases! There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for kids. The house was clean, but we would’ve appreciated some Kleenex, hand soap in the bathrooms, and dish soap. Wish there would’ve been a table to eat dinner at out on the pool patio. There was plenty of laundry detergent, which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room and nice to have two separate living rooms! Our young children had plenty of space to play in the house, although most of our time was spent out by the pool!

Great stay, awesome vacation home

We had a great time at Carla's property. She was very easy to communicate with. Only downfalls - main slider door doesn't work well, pool lights don't work, master bedroom tv didn't work, 2 Beach chairs were broken. Pros: lots of sun, big / clean pool, very updated and clean, quiet location, lots of wildlife, very safe / secure. Benefits would have enjoyed: more trash bags, some dishwasher detergent, being able to turn the air conditioner lower. Overall it far exceeded our expectations. Will recommend to friends. Can't wait to visit again!

Love it

Love the house and the neighborhood, very quiet but us cubans should not go because we like talking loud and it looks like we are screaming, but its true that is an island to go and relax and have fun but quiet. Will go again to this house!!!!

Spring Break Fun

Property was great overall! Had everything you'd need. The pool is excellent, it is large, heated, and gets pretty deep. Very cozy older home in Marco that has been updated nicely was amenities and decor. Yes there was some construction noise due to other homes in the area being built, but it wasn't too bad!

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. Carla was very easy to work with, and prompt in her responses. The location of the house was perfect, and in a very quiet neighborhood. In the morning it did get a little bit loud at times between construction workers nearby, and trash and recycle trucks. Views were amazing of the Marco bridge and water traffic. Would recommend!

Picture perfect!

This was our first Vrbo so I really didn’t know what to expect. It couldn’t any easier, from booking to the check in process. Every little detail was though of and clearly laid out in a booklet. Anything and everything you could want or need was there…to the coffee maker, utensils and even wine opener. Also to our surprise upon opening the garage door was a pool table and foolsball table. This was an extra. The location was great. Picture perfect! A vacation to remember.
