3 BDR HOME - Fully Fenced Yard - 10 Mins to Starved Rock!

Enjoy this Starved Rock Country Cozy Home with large fenced in backyard, grill and fire pit.
The city park a block away has sand volleyball, tennis courts, Twisty Freeze, Little League games and more!
Only 10 minutes to Starved Rock, Matthiessen or Buffalo Rock State Parks.

Please note: There is absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed in the house. You will be charged a $200 fine.

This updated three bedroom home has everything you need for a great getaway: fast Wi-fi, large Smart TV, roomy living room, fully stocked kitchen with dining area for six and a large fully fenced backyard with gas grill, fire pit and table/chairs.

If you have a dog, a pet fee is required: $25.00 / per stay. Maximum two dogs. NO CATS ARE ALLOWED. Simply let me know in your introductory email that you are bringing your dog and I will send the fee request. Thanks!

The home sleeps 6 guests.
Relax in the new memory foam beds.
Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and convenient USB chargers.
The third bedroom has a full size bed and a USB charger.

Get inspired to cook up something fun in the fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dinnerware for six.

The newly remodeled bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and all the basic toiletries.

This home is full of bright artwork from the masters and warm colors throughout.

(Major Holiday Weekends can only be booked for a minimum of Friday-Monday.)

The downtowns of La Salle and Peru have specials at the day spas, great restaurants, fantastic pizza, locally-owned boutiques, antique shopping and wine tasting at the wineries. Plus, NOW OPEN: Star Union Spirits Distillery in the historic Westclox Building in Peru and Fire on Fifth in the Westclox Atrium.

STARVED ROCK STATE PARK is only 10 minutes away (The Lodge is a must-see, and the entertainment on the patio / bar is fantastic.)

This property was perfect for our stay in Lasalle for our family holiday. Within walking distance of my family home, the house was exactly as described. Loved the fenced yard for our dog. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The owner of this house is very friendly and responsive. Thank you to Elaine and her housekeeper for such a clean and organized space. We look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay! Upon opening the front door, we were greeted with a fresh smell, very clean and cozy living room. There was a nice personalized welcome note and a gift basket for our pups! We loved the fenced yard and fire- pit. We walked to the neighborhood park just feet away every morning with the dogs. It’s a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the market, shops, and restaurants. The home is just as described. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Relaxing Getsway

We had so much fun at this cute and peaceful home! The location was perfect for hiking and exploring the nearby parks. Starved Rock was great but we loved Matthessien State Park. We had everything we needed and our dogs loved the fenced in yard and special treats the owner left, The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again,

La Salle home

Very nice accommodations with very thoughtful touches from the hostess. Very close to many state parks. We loved the fenced in yard for the dogs. We would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

My girlfriend and myself visited Starved Rock for the weekend with our dog Cooper. This was a perfect, cozy, comfortable place for us to call home for the weekend. Check in was simple and easy. Dog treats, poop bags and towels for dirty paws were there for us which was a wonderful touch. The house was clean, the shower pressure was excellent and the backyard was wonderful to grill and make a fire. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a 10/10 experience!

Great Base for Trail Hiking

The Tonti was a lovely, cozy, well-apponted home in a nice neighborhood. Fenced yard is great for dogs and young kids. Great base for hitting Starved Rock area parks and trails and neighboring small towns. Host Elaine provides excellent information about the area. My daughter, me and our dogs had a great time and will return!
