Newly updated, bright and airy bungalow at the edge of downtown Sarasota, where you're just minutes from everything a vacation on the west coast of Florida should offer. Sun, fun, fabulous food, shopping and beaches are just minutes away, but serenity and the comforts of home are yours in our quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Take a short stroll or bike to beautiful Payne Park w/ walking paths, tennis center, skate park, giant playground and a quaint café, featuring spirits and live music. An entrance to the Legacy Trail is right around the corner! Just minutes on bike or in Uber to lively downtown featuring dozens of top-notch open-air restaurants, music, boutiques, bars and cocktail lounges. Don't miss Bayfront Park, O'Leary's Tiki Bar and Marina Jack's all waterfront just 5 minutes away. 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach & village, (check out Sunday night drum circle and sunset!)10 minutes to St. Armand's Circle, Lido Beach or Longboat Key. Mote Marine Aquarium and Jungle Gardens nearby for the kids. You've got it all at this location.

Two bedrooms, one with a Queen, the second with twins that can be converted to a King upon request. Bathroom has tub/shower combination for bathing little ones after a day at the park or beach. Your house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We took in some theater and downtown dining along with visits to the Ringling & the Salvador Dali Museums while we were there. Thanks for providing a convenient, comfortable place for us to use as home base

Great Place to Stay in Sarasota

The house was updated, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was excellent. Close to the airport, downtown, and Lido Key. Payne Park just a few blocks away. Great place to do a morning walk. Just a couple blocks from the Legacy Bike Trail. Communication was great and we had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay including beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. We loved the private outdoor shower in the back fenced in yard. We would stay here again if we return to Sarasota. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean place

Very nice. We enjoyed this rental. The outside shower was the best. Location was good. Quiet and safe area. We did have to go out and buy soap ( there was only hand soap, nothing for shower) and toilet paper. Two rolls for 3 people for 6 days doesn’t cut it. Other than those issues it was a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second time here. The house is clean, well-appointedWe thoroughly enjoyed our second time renting this house. The outside deck is a lovely place for breakfast and reading later in the day. In just a few minutes, we were in Sarasota to enjoy events and many wonderful restaurants. Beaches are close by and we used the property's beach chairs and cooler for perfect sunny days!

I loved how close it was to everything , all the beaches were minutes away . The neighborhood was very quiet and nobody bothered you . Pam replied very quickly . It was an all around great stay . Would consider staying again .

Welcome to our Sarasota vacation home! We fell in love with this property when we saw how close this quiet neighborhood is to the lively downtown (a short bike ride or 3 minute drive) and it's fabulous restaurants, shops and live music. The bonus is being just minutes to everything else Sarasota has to offer: Bayfront Park for sunset walks, O'Leary's Tiki Bar (a favorite spot) & Marina Jack's; Siesta Key beach & village, St. Armand's Circle and Longboat and Lido Key beaches. The new Legacy Trail entry is 1/10 of a mile up the street for scenic bike rides or just walk up the street over to Payne Park for a morning stroll where you'll find a cafe, giant playground, a tennis center and more. Don't miss the downtown Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. It's wonderful!

Location, location, location with many amenities that a high priced hotel doesn't offer! Plenty of space to spread out, make your own meals and drinks and pack a cooler for the beach. Four beach chairs and soft cooler are waiting for you. Walk to Payne Park to grab a scooter for a ride downtown!

Quiet, walkable neighborhood with off-street parking for two to three cars. Private fenced-in yard with gorgeous, walk-in spa shower and propane firepit area, lit up in the evening. Modern, comfortable interior with all of the amenities. Publix is two minutes around the corner, as is CVS, Walgreen's and countless shops, boutiques and eateries. Tons of shopping, dining and activities, walkable or within minutes bike or drive. The ocean is just minutes away at either Bayfront Park (our favorite place for a sunset, walking or a cool drink at O'Leary's Tiki) Bird Key just over the bridge or one of the three beautiful beaches (Siesta, Lido or Longboat Key)
