Pictures are deceiving. Run down, dirty and dilapidated. This house is not as the pictures showed. Carpet was so dirty our socks were filthy after a few hours. Utensils were dirty in the drawers. Beds are massively uncomfortable and the road noise is loud. The rules they sent over were so strict, which is fine, as it their property but we wish they would have held the same high standard they require of those that stay. Would not recommend.

The backyard is wonderful to hang out in. It was perfect for our morning coffee. Just needs a few more hand towels throughout all rooms. I hope to be back next year

House was clean and ready upon arrival. Communication was responsive with host. Quiet hours are observed by neighbors as well. Home was easy to get to and had parking in the garage and in the driveway. The outside BBQ was a nice feature and tables were in the shade. Plenty of room for a family.

Perfect for Vacation

Great family home!! The pool with thhe BBQ grill was perfect and amazing. Close to strip and shopping area. Home met all our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a very good size for a backyard pool. And the owner, as well as the Las Vegas manager were very responsive to our every need. Great place for a family vacation. Seven of us stayed there in close proximity to my son and his family who live nearby. All of us greatly enjoyed the pool. And access to nearby shopping as well as my son's house may it extremely convenient.

Great house

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a golf trip. LOVED the house. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and tv were very nice. Host was very responsive to any questions that we had during the stay. House is very modern and updated. 5 stars all the way! Will stay here again!

Spring break getaway

We had a great time at the Thickett house this past week. I was with my 13yo son, wife, and parents in their 70s. The property worked great for us. The first floor bedroom was great to allow my parents to avoid the stairs, and there was plenty of room throughout for us to be together and have our space. The kitchen was a little lacking of some items that would have been helpful. The highlight of this property through is definitely the back yard. The very large yard with outdoor tv, grill area, plenty of seating to relax, and the nice sized pool and spa were what we enjoyed the most. We did need to text the manager when we wanted the spa turned on, but she was very responsive. We paid to heat the pool, and that was nice, but they will only heat to 80. This did make the pool enjoyable, but a few more degrees would have been nice. They also had a small area with a 8 ft basketball rim that was great for my son to play around with. Neighborhood was quiet, the house does back up to a major road, so there was some road noise, but it wasn't constant. Finally, the location for a Vegas vacation was perfect. We were just 20-25 mins from the airport and the strip, so we were able to get a taste of Vegas and then retreat back to peace of the neighborhood. Also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by. In all, this was a good week, and we all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family vacation spot

The house was great! Enough room for everyone. Loved the back yard with the pool and hot tub. The hosts where very helpful and answered all questions quickly.

Great place

Lots of room and a fantastic backyard. It was too cold for the pool but the hot tub was great and the host was always super quick to respond to any questions. Location was great, lots of grocery stores nearby and 15-20 minutes to the strip and red rock canyon. Little pool table and poster sized scrabble board were nice added touches.
