Great little spot

Convenient location, close to everything. Property was as advertised, clean and spacious. Large screen porch was nice to hang out it in. Host was great…left our pillow and he shipped it back to us pretty quickly. Thanks!

Amazing location and beautiful bungalow

We were in Cocoa Beach and for the week and stayed at this cute bungalow. The property was very clean with all the necessities to make a week at the beach a great experience. The owners have thought of everything, including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a beach bag. Beach towels were provided as well as spices in the cupboard to make cooking dinner easier. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay at this property again on pur next trip to Cocoa Beach

Wonderful Bungalow

The owner was exceptional he was very friendly quick to response to questions we had in regards to hurricane Ian. The bungalow was beautiful very clean and the amenities were great. BEST Vrbo rental I have experienced. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Such a great place to stay! Short walk to food and to the beach, which wasn’t crowded at all - mostly people who came and went after short period time. Adam was great letting us reschedule on short notice and was easy to get in touch with. Would re-book if we decide to go back!

Very impressive home with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Perfect place to get out of the sun and relax between outings. Very well kept up place with all the amenities of home. Close to a few nice restaurants. We will book this house next time in Coco Beach.

Our family enjoyed this property. The actual home matched the description and pictures nicely. The neighborhood is a little dated, but felt safe. You are about a 5 minute walk to the beach…roughly 3 blocks down the road. It is about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants on the beach…Coconuts on the Beach area. House is nicely equipped. Kitchen is nice. Bedrooms are good size too. The beach chairs, bag, etc are nice as well. Would stay again.

Cocoa Beach goodness

Beautiful bungalow just a few blocks from the beach. (Really) The site was advertised to have beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Everything was there and in great condition. The decor was amazing. Recent remodel and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was fast. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!!! 5-star. -Michelle

Great Find!

This was a great stay! The neighborhood was quiet and great for sleeping and we LOVED that we were in walking distance of some fantastic restaurants and the ocean/beach. It was so nice not to worry about parking at the beach. The hosts were wonderful and sweet and the accommodations were clean (and new!) and provided everything we needed. Our favorite spot in the rental was a screened in porch where we ate every meal.
