This beautiful desert home, located in a 55+ gated community, is walking distance to the Kiva Club, which offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fully appointed workout facility including fitness classes, a spa, library, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a recreation room, and more! Close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. Beautiful grounds for walking and extensive bike paths. Just one hour from Sedona and the Phoenix Airport. 30 day rental minimum ~ The office space has been converted into an additional bedroom for your special guests that want to share in your adventures.
The KIVA club has a plethora of clubs and activities that guests can participate in. A calendar of activities and events is at the welcome desk in the KIVA club. This community lends itself to a full and rich active lifestyle.
Every weekend typically has an outing you can join for a nominal fee.
Your grandchildren can play in the salt water outdoor pool from 10-3, for a nominal fee. There's a beautiful pocket park with restrooms and a splash pad for those little people in your world.

Beautiful home and property!

This beautiful home and property are very well maintained and had everything you could possibly need. It is by far the best outfitted home we have ever stayed at. With everything you could possible need plus a few extras from the host in the thoughtful welcoming box of goodies. We really enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of the fantastic Kiva Club amenities. Patty was super and responsive to the one minor question we had as everything was simply perfect. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

Firstly the communication with Patty was clear and very expedient. This is a 5 star accommodation both the home and the Trilology club which is a 15 min walk away. We didn't feel the need to rent a car as the grocery store was within walking distance also. We met friendly neighbours but it was the clubhouse that made it feel like a real vacation. [Gorgeous pools, library, restaurant, golf, tennis, special themed dinners, etc.] This is probably the most well stocked home we have ever rented. You will have absolutely no complaints! Beware of VRBO's default to a checked box to purchase damage insurance. You must uncheck the box or you will automatically purchase and then it is almost impossible to get refunded. Not the owner's issue but VRBO needs to change this. We have not resolved this after 3 months of trying.

Perfectly Perfect

After spending many winters all over the Valley, this home in Trilogy at Vistancia is far and away the best we have experienced. A quiet, peaceful and beautifully landscaped neighborhood great for walks, swimming and a terrific golf course await. People are friendly and welcoming. Trilogy is away from the city yet a five minute drive to shopping, dining and services in Peoria and Glendale. The best part was the beautiful home, which is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. We seldom eat out and were amazed at the fully equipped kitchen with top grade and abundant tableware, glassware, cutlery, and nearly every sort of cooking utensil. There is also a new Weber grill which we used extensively. The furniture is the best we have experienced in a rental property. The towels and sheets are top notch, luxurious and plentiful. There is abundant outdoor furniture which is also very high quality and comfortable, both front and back. The back is nicely landscaped with a large patio and is surprisingly private due to the mature trees and plants. Patty is a very gracious, accommodating and responsive host who is easily and readily available. She is a pleasure to work with. We decided early in our stay that we would reserve this property next year, which we did, and hope to be able to return in future winters. Tom and Jane C
