Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir dans notre villa moderne entièrement rénovée avec sa propre piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire, une cuisine extérieure, un grand grill; 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, situation sud-ouest ensoleillée, bienvenue.
Des plages fantastiques et tranquilles, presque sur le pas de la porte, même une plage privée exclusive uniquement pour les résidents de notre quartier résidentiel est à votre disposition!

Notre Villa Nectar est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme du sud de Venise, les commerces et restaurants sont à seulement 5 minutes. 6 vélos pour explorer les belles pistes cyclables autour de Venise à Sarasota sont disponibles gratuitement, tout comme le WiFi avec accès Internet haut débit.

Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dès votre entrée dans la villa: le spacieux salon / salle à manger ouvert avec cuisine et coin petit-déjeuner séparé, et le nouveau mobilier ultra-moderne vous ravira. Vous pouvez mélanger vos cocktails dans notre cuisine d'été en plein air.

Il y a 3 chambres dans la maison. Dans la suite parentale avec sa propre salle de bain avec bain à remous, vous trouverez un lit king-size confortable.
Les autres chambres sont de l'autre côté du salon. Une chambre avec un lit queen, l'autre avec 2 lits simples. Tous les lits sont équipés de nouveaux matelas de très haute qualité. La deuxième salle de bain est située directement entre les deux chambres.

Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances.
Dans l'espace extérieur spacieux avec une belle piscine, des chaises longues et une grande table à manger pour 6 personnes, vous pourrez profiter d'une journée de détente en plein air. Cuisine d'été et grand grill complètent les commodités.

Si vous venez avec des enfants, nous avons une barrière pour bébé à disposition pour sécuriser la piscine. Un équipement bébé est également disponible.

Une belle plage privée entièrement naturelle réservée aux résidents de notre quartier résidentiel est accessible en ferry, à seulement quelques minutes. L'identifiant du ferry est prêt pour vous dans la maison de vacances!

We spent a month and had a great time. Plenty of space, Beautiful pool. The home is protected on the back and one side buy foliage/lots so very private as we enjoyed the pool. Nice location in that it was close to beach, shopping, downtown Venice, I75, and many golf courses and restaurants.

We come to Venice twice a year and have stayed in different Vrbo residences each time. This by far was the best one we have stayed at. The owners went the extra mile in doing a lot of little things that made it extra special. House was beautiful, we had breakfast every morning outside by the pool and hung out there in the evening time. Has every amenity you will need and then some. Next time we are down hopefully this will be available to stay.

Beautiful Home in South Venice

This is a very well thought out rental with attention given to all of the little details. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We loved the outdoor space and ate almost every meal by the pool. The owners were very responsive and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Florida vacation rental. Crispy clean, professionally decorated house with nice saltwater pool. During the day from pool area you have a chance to watch local birds, turtles and bunnys. Quite neighborhood; short drive to shopping, beaches and restaurants.

Family get away in a hidden gem

Awesome house

We had a wonderful vacation at the home. Everything was very clean, we had everything we needed for going to the beach or hanging out at the pool as well as making home cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Venice was a super nice town. They even provided a crib which was super helpful for our toddler. The pool was wonderful. Communication with landlords and property manager was excellent. We have no complaints whatsoever!

Beautiful Property

Everything at Nectar Villa was beautiful and just as advertised. The house was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay! The beds are all very comfortable. There are 6 beach chairs and a host of beach toys, not to mention the many beach towels! We even left 3 boogie boards that we had no room to take home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. The pool was very enjoyable and we were less than 20 minutes from many beaches. Walmart and Publix are maybe 5 minutes away. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Wunderbare Auszeit

Wir haben drei Wochen in der wirklich schönen und gemütlichen Villa von Claudia und Volker verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern schon sehr angenehm. Da wir unglücklicherweise Hurrikan Milton während unseres Aufenthaltes erleben mussten, können wir diese Gastgeber guten Gewissens als wirklich herausragende Hosts (!) bezeichnen, die uns jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite standen und bemüht waren, alle aus der bedrohlichen Situation resultierenden Unannehmlichkeiten zu minimieren. Wir haben uns außergewöhnlich gut betreut gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Nectar jederzeit uneingeschränkt empfehlen ! Vielen Dank Claudia und Volker, wie kommen gerne wieder !

Wir durften eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in der Villa Nectar verbringen. Durch die hervorragende Ausstattung und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung konnten wir den Aufenthalt genießen. Everything went smooth. The detailed info the owner provided made everything seamless. Beautiful very well provided home! All the appliances, other kitchen equipment and throughout the house are of high end quality. A pleasure to spend time in the home.

Property was nice and we enjoyed the warm pool and 3 bedrooms. Had an issue when we got there with the internet and the owners were very very responsive. Great having the provided bikes and beach stuff including a large umbrella. Unfortunately the red tide dampened our stay but that had nothing to do with the property or the owners. Would definitely recommend staying at this home
