This was a great little house with enough room for our family vacation. The stone throughout was very nice and the house was clean and welcoming. In a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown Sarasota and the beaches.

Nice Summer Stay

Took a small weekend trip and the property was as described. Had a small problem with the electric door lock when we first arrived but Allison was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall we had a great stay!

Vacation

Had a wonderful long weekend with family a friends. House was adorable and very clean. We Had a great time. I recommend staying in Ms. Allison’s home. We had one small mishap with the batteries in the door key pad dying but she had someone come let us in and change the batteries within 20 min of me contacting her. Ms. Allison was very polite and a wonderful host. If you want a trip in a home away from home this is it.

Listing not as pictured

House is a lot smaller the appears in pictures. This is nicest house in old neighborhood. The smell of pine cleaner was so strong we had to open windows. We were not planning on cooking but kitchen had a couple of plates, 1 coffee cup with broken handle and a couple of 6 Oz cups, NO wine glasses. This was a house that we rented for 3 girls (70s) very disappointed.

expensive for the quality

the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and spacious, in the kitchen there is only the bare minimum, the dishes were dirty, the coffee maker had not been cleaned for a very long time, there is no of toaster. we were afraid to go out at night because of the neighborhood. the additional charges are not justified for the comfort offered.

Dear Isabelle, We deeply apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced with the stay. This was certainly not the kind of stay you might have expected. We take each complains seriously and with the highest priority we took action. We will make sure this is an isolated incident and it does not happen again. Everything that we offer is listed on the website and I can assure you that the neighborhood is very safe and quiet my family and I ages (0-7 kids) stay at our house often making s’more and eating the yummy fruits off the trees when they come in. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is remodeled and very comfortable. The kitchen could use a toaster, but otherwise we had no issues.

Perfect house for weekend getaway

As a family of 3, in town for a regatta, this was the perfect house for us. Plenty of space, clean and pet friendly. We weren’t there much so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor patio but it was a nice addition to enjoy the outside. Allison is an excellent host and very responsive!
