John was very communicative and it was a pleasure staying at his beautiful and clean condo. My only suggestion would be some curtains to black out the light in the primary bedroom and some fluffier towels for the bathrooms- but rest assured, this place is a 10/10 and we would stay here again. Right down the street from Guppy’s- our favorite restaurant in Indian Rocks and right on the beach. Also, the pool was heated which was great for our toddler!

Great condo! Very clean, perfect location close to the beach, great walking distance to some restaurants. Would definitely recommend to any family wanting a nice, calm getaway with beautiful sunsets.

Better Than Advertised

We had an incredible stay and the place checked all the boxes. Walking distance to a tin of restaurants. All the accommodations were top notch and the owner was extremely nice and responsive to all of our questions. Looking forward to staying next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This Florida condo was excellent for our family beach vacation. John was a great host, the condo had everything & more available, and it was extremely tidy. We can't wait to visit again! I would highly recommend staying here with your family.

Loved our stay!

This unit was just as described in the listing and perfect for our family of four. You can see the beach from the balcony and both that and the pool are a quick walk across the parking lot. There were plenty of chairs, beach toys and an umbrella available for use in the storage closet. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We absolutely look forward to staying here again!

Beach Trip

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It is located in walking distance to restaurants. We especially liked "Guppy's." The weather was perfect which allowed us to enjoy the pool, take daily walks on the beach, and enjoy the amazing sunsets.

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location on Indian Rock Beach with easy pool and beach access as well as walking distance to numerous eating spots. If you don’t require direct beach view this is the condo for you (and you still get a partial view of pool and beach between buildings)! Owner was informative through messages and quick to respond with any questions. Condo had many recent upgrades and was extremely clean.

Nice condo steps to the beach

Bright, airy and nicely decorated condo less than 1 minute walk to the white sands of IBR. Restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.

I was so pleased with our accommodations and we had a wonderful week. The unit provided everything we needed from essentials to beach stuff!! It was exceptionally clean and beautiful. Spacious with some good book reads. Some nights we had the pool to ourselves. It was quiet and peaceful. The most gorgeous sunsets I have ever seen. I would love to return!!!!
