The sunny Florida days can be spent in the new unique, pool and hot tub. The backyard lanai area has all you need for a relaxing, fun day. Grill (gas), yard-games, the comfiest furniture, oversized dock for fishing, paddle-boards, along with a sunset view over the canal, make this property a five star. Six bikes are included. Stroll one mile to the Cape Coral Yacht Club area, or the other direction for a wide variety of restaurants.
The home is equipped with all you need to relax and enjoy. Two bedrooms, one being an oversized room with 2 queens, a couch, and a walkout to the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is a chefs dream and will be sure to gather the group for unforgettable memories.

Relaxing get away

Beautiful home with a great spot on the canal, and the pool and hot tub were just perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Was hard to leave!Thank you for the stay.

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this house and hope for many more. The house is magnificent, especially the outdoor areas. Location is perfect, close to shopping and great local restaurants. It’s truly a wonderful vacation spot.

Beautiful Oasis

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The house was great and met all of our needs. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our trip. Easy communication with the home owner and wonderful suggestions on places to see and eat! Great area and my kids are already asking when we can come back. Highly recommended!!

This was the perfect house for our family of 4. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and well maintained. Great view of the canal while in the backyard. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We would love to come back in the future.

Spring Break 2024

This home was the perfect place for our family of four to spend a wonderful spring break week. The house had everything one could ever hope for to keep everyone busy and relaxed. It is located close to so many great beaches, restaurants, nature preserves, stores, and anything else you need to have a great time without spending too much time in a vehicle. We will definitely be checking on this property’s availability next time we journey down to Florida!

Heavenly Vacation

What a delight to stay in this home! How nice to have a VRBO that truly looks just like it was on-line and is so clean and neat. My husband and I had a fantastic visit lounging by the pool and exploring the local area. Thanks to our delightful property managers for being just a phone call away. This is the epitome of relaxation and leisure. Oh yes, and the hot tub is amazing.

Perfect Location & Stylish House

Great location on the canal. Pool and outdoor space is perfect for family/kids. This house was equipped with so much! We did have to purchase a pack n play for an under 2. The house is impeccable, well kept, and styled perfectly. Very refreshing to rent a house that isn’t outfitted from the Dollar Store! Very classy & quality.

Amazing, comfortable, beautiful home!

Perfect home to enjoy the sunshine! This house was full of clean, comfortable accommodations-the most inviting beds, beautiful kitchen and entertaining space! Sunshine streaming in through the picture window every morning and sun on the lanai all throughout the day. Gorgeous sunsets, perfect access to bike and walk to so many fabulous local spots! Totally accommodating hosts, super knowledgeable about the area restaurants and attractions! We will book this home every vacation possible!

Great house, great location

Beautiful home. Only complaint is that the pool heater could not keep up with the cold outside. However the area experienced very cold weather (for that area) so expecting the heater to keep up was unrealistic. Hot tub worked great and the beds were comfortable. What else do you need. Great sound system was a unexpected plus!

Could not ask for a nicer place to stay

This rental was everything we'd hoped it would be and more!! The inside space was great but we spent so little time inside due to the amazing outdoor space. The covered patio, heated pool, hot tub and koi pond with waterfall was exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Great restaurants close, Cape Coral has everything you'd need within a few minute drive. Loved chatting with the neighbors. Brandon was a great communicator and answered all questions quickly. We'd love to come back!!!

We had a great time

The house was gorgeous and well taken care of. We felt very comfortable, but also like we were on vacation- the house had something special about it. Watching the sun go down over the canal from the amazing pool was our favorite thing to do. We did have to drive to the beach with our two young children due to closures from Hurricane Ian- something we hadn’t thought to check on. We assumed the beach within walking distance from the house would’ve been open, but it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, we had a great time!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had such a great stay at Brandon's home with our toddler (and a visit from Nana & Papa!!) The backyard pool and water feature is magical and we really had no reason to ever leave the pool area with that view and set up! The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed to make a few meals at the house. The beds were super comfy and the house was spacious with everything we could have needed. We didn't get a chance to take out the bikes, but will definitely be back. The location is great - just a few minute drive to breweries/restaurants in Cape Coral and not far if you want to spend the day in Sarasota or Naples. The only bummer is that most of the beaches are still closed in Fort Myers area due to the hurricane (and Red Tide)! Overall, I couldn't recommend this enough - it was perfect for our family getaway.

House was pretty much as listed in pictures. However I understand this is home owners second home but many homes we have rented in Cape Coral over the years state this in the listing. We were disappointed with all of the food left in the fridge and freezer. Also, all of the alcohol In cooler fridge. There was fish bait, mouth guards and some other weird things in them. We have never ran into something like this before when renting on VRBO.

What an awesome property!

Every single moment here was absolutely perfect. The back yard was so peaceful; we enjoyed our morning coffee and reading out there, using the pool and hot tub, and listening to the carp splash in the pond, as well as watching the canal traffic. Such a nice contrast to our 3 weeks in Kissimmee. There was plenty of shade for me, and sun for my husband. The kitchen was awesome. The beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The location was great; I walked to the Farmers Market and to the Yacht Club beach. My husband had brought his bike and he rode every day while I used that time to go for a walk. (There are bikes available for use at the house.) We spent 5 days here and were sad to leave. Absolutely perfect!
