The condo was a nice size and it was clean but needs a new paint job. All the beds were comfortable except one of the twin beds. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen was very small but it was adequate. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach service was excellent. It was nice being on the quieter end of PCB but still close to restaurants. I definitely recommend this condo.

PCB Beach Front with a Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the quiet end of the area and beautiful view of the beach and strip. Management was very responsive and would book again.

We had an excellent time. The Unit was clean, airy and inviting. There was always something to do if you chose to. Pools, Gym and beach were great!

The room was great! There was a small blood stain on the comforter in the master. Ick. The wrong code was given for the pool, but management helped us out. Overall fantastic. Would recommend. Host was super nice. Thank you!!!

This place was great. The only problem we had was trying to pay for the garage parking. Finally we figured it out after being frustrated over it. I think that could be included in the price. The biggest problem I found here was the parking garage for the condo’s parking. There is no way two cars can park side by side here. Thank god they never came for that space. We had a great week and the condo itself was great for our girl trip. Free chairs also on the beach.

I was a bit disappointed with the property. It was not very clean. The floors were dirty when we arrived. The shower had some mold around the door. The oven door was dirty and sticky because of grease buildup. The twin mattresses were stained. There were no mattress pads/covers on them. Pillows were old and very flat. The balcony furniture was very worn and some were actually unsafe to sit on. Kitchen cabinets were vinyl coated fiberboard and they were peeling bad. The entire condo is in need of repainting. We were supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 people for our 7 day stay. We called and they told us we needed to buy our own. We also had to buy dishwasher pods (they said we had to run the dishwasher upon checking out) since we were only supplied with 3, again we were there for 7 days. The listing did not make mention of the 45 charge for parking per vehicle And the parking under the building was mostly unusable. Spaces were so close you couldn’t get in or out your car so we parked across the street. On the positive side, the location was great. The beach access was perfect and the pools were awesome. The building and elevators were clean and seemed well maintained.

Celadon is always a great place to stay

Very nice stay at Celadon. Unit was as nice as the pictures. Beautiful sunsets from the huge balcony on the west side of the building!

Great place to get away!

Great place to stay. Only concerns were some upgrades on couches (stains) mattress in bedroom with two beds (double needs to be replaced )and outdoor furniture needs some TLC. Loved the wraparound balcony. Would stay there again. Elevators were quick for the time of year we stayed.
