- Nearest grocery store; 1mi (Publix). **There is no tea kettle anymore**
- Largo mall/shops; 3mi

The house is also very close to Ulmerton road that will take you across the bridge into Tampa.
- Tampa airport only 20 miles away, along with downtown Saint Petersburg being only 20 miles away.

House had everything that was needed for a stay. Perfect location as it was close to beach, grocery store, etc. Had lots of extras such as beach chairs and towels that were very helpful. Beds were very comfy and neighbors were kind. Would totally book this home again. 10/10

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t spend much time there, as we were mostly out visiting friends and staying active, but it worked well for what we needed and we had no issues at all.The only downside was some noise in the neighborhood late at night on a couple of occasions, with loud vehicles passing through. Other than that, it was a solid stay and met our expectations.

Had great communication with the host. House appears to have been completely redone within the last 5 yrs or so. Property was clean and most everything was working. Neighborhood was quiet for us and neighbors seemed to take pride in their properties. House was well equipped and even included a set of dumbells and a nice desk for a little work.Gave 4 stars for a few reasons. 1. Hot water heater only produced 90deg water. Notified our host who promptly worked to schedule maintenance; but the issue persisted during our stay. 2. Bedding, pillows and linen were low quality. Everything was usable; but these are good candidates for updating. 3. Decor was scant and functional. Wasnt bad, just wasnt excellent.Would definitely stay at this property again.

Awesome place

We had a great stay. The house is very clean and comfy. We felt comfortable staying there. My only critique is maybe one nightlight in the bathroom for the late night bathroom visit. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. We were very pleased and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

OUTSTANDING

What a great gem. You won't be sorry staying here. Cleanliness, amenities and location is everything you can ask for. Tastefully decorated. The exercise equipment is everything you need to do an intense workout. The Lani is a great place to relax. The only thing we could have used, being big coffee drinkers, is a drip coffee pot instead of pods, but definitely not a deal breaker and will definitely stay again if available when we plan on bus Largo again and will recommend to others.

Very nice house—super clean, cozy, and with comfortable beds. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and communication with the host was excellent. We couldn’t find the teapot that was shown in the listing photos, but we managed just fine without it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back when we’re back in Florida.

Hi, I’m Kayla ! I am pursuing a career in public accounting - specifically tax & I’ve been vegan for almost 8 years.

I’ve always used Airbnb when I traveled & knew it was something I wanted to do myself one day!

I also have a side business with Arbonne - so if you have any questions or would like to learn more I am more than happy to share! I enjoy traveling, going on hikes, yoga, & playing volleyball. Pretty much anything to keep me active!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a 2 bed/1bath home that has been renovated & feels spacious for its size. It has a large fenced backyard & screened lanai that you are able to use at your leisure. There is a coffee/tea station ready for you before you enjoy your day at the beautiful Florida beaches! There is also a recreation center nearby that has swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis, & gym access.

- The home features a futon bed which is pictured in the back room where the office area is. It is the width of a twin, but not as long. Could probably fit 2 small children or 1 adult. (It is not the comfiest of futon beds).

- Bedrooms both have closets w/ small dressers & USB/outlet side table lamps.
- In back room there is an electric standup glass top desk w/ USB ports & wireless charging, along with some workout equipment.
