Welcome to North Shore 966, affectionately known as âSail Awayâ, a stunning bayfront townhome located on the serene North side of the prestigious SandestinÂź Golf and Beach Resort. Destinâs sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast await you just 1.5 miles away, with The Village of Baytowne Wharf only 2 miles from your doorstep. Hop on the resort tram and enjoy effortless access to beaches, dining, shopping, and entertainment without ever needing to move your car.
This peaceful retreat offers the perfect balanceâtucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Destin while keeping you close to all the areaâs attractions. Spanning 2,000 sq. ft., this private townhome features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families or groups.
Step inside to find an open, airy floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a bayfront living room that showcases sparkling water views. Relax in comfort with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. A dining table for four and a large kitchen island with additional seating create the perfect setting for shared meals. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
On the main floor, the first master suite features a cozy queen bed and flat-screen TV. Its ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single vanity, and toilet. Upstairs, the second master suite offers a luxurious king bed, private balcony with breathtaking bay views, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and plenty of space to refresh and unwind. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds, its own TV, and an attached bathroom for maximum privacy.
