There was NOTHING lacking in this property. Beautiful home, clean and perfect location. Owner was quick to respond to my questions. We have found our place to stay at OIB for sure.
Bikes available for our use in the perfect neighborhood.
The pool area was perfect and toys for every age available for our use.

Beautiful, nicely updated home with a great location right across from beach access. Our kids loved that they each had their own room and bathroom The kitchen was well-stocked and the knives were actually sharp enough to cut with!! The pool/ping-pong area was a bonus for our family, although we didn't get a chance to use it as much as I'd hoped (we are such beach bums). Todd was extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for check-in and check out were very clear. Will definitely be back!

Todd and Shonna are WONDERFUL host! Communicated with us the whole time and checked on us to make sure we were good! The house is beautiful! House is just a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach! Neighborhood is quiet and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful house to vacation in at OIB. This is our second stay in the last month! Comfortable and fully stocked. The pool is a game changer! The beach closet has everything you need! The hosts are awesome!

Our family of 7 loved our stay! Ages 78, 75, 55, 52, 16, 16, 16, there was something to do for all of us! All ages loved and used the pool, ping pong, corn hole and enjoyed the under house, outdoor space. The area around the pool has quality loungers and umbrellas. We have been coming to OIB for 10 years and this house was the best equipped out of all, inside and out. From ample kitchen equipment to a storage locker with pool and beach items, all was included and appreciated. The 4 well maintained bikes where the cherry on top! Inside, not having to bring sheets and towels for showers was SO nice and space saving. Bedding quality was very good, nice sheets and plenty of blankets. These owners have thought of everything and strive to make your vacation exceptional. Thanks for a great week!!!

This is a fabulous property with every amenity that you could possibly want or need! The kitchen is very well stocked, and there was hand soap in each bathroom for everyone. The pool provided so much enjoyment for our family. Having a refrigerator in the utility room was great for being able to stock our cooler each day for the beach as well as to grab a drink while we were at the pool. The sitting area and hammock under the house was relaxing when you need to get out of the sun or to just relax. The ping pong table, corn hole boards and bicycles were a hit with everyone! The short walk to the beach was awesome.Todd went above and beyond to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process as well as when we were staying at the house. He even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this property!

Made Memories

Spent a week with two of our five grandchildren. Lots of fun and the house had everything we needed and more! The private pool was awesome with steps around part in the water for the little ones to sit and play. It is also close to beach. Had 2 grills which we used 3 nights. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful House

My family and I have vacationed in Ocean Isle for 3 years and have stayed in a different house each time. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this house had everything. It was very well stocked in anything from kitchen utensils to beach/pool supplies. The house had beautiful family areas both inside and out. The cleanliness was above that of any place we’ve stayed, it was spotless. The location of the home was very close to the beach (3 min walk) with easy beach access. The owner was very responsive, and check in/out were a breeze. We couldn’t have had a better week and would love to stay at this house again.

Overall a great stay in Ocean Isle at this property. The host was very quick to answer questions and showed a genuine interest in how our stay was going. The kitchen was updated and modern. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. The outdoor area was our favorite. The location was prime, located right across from the beach. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. A few notes- the pool isn't heated. The temp was a bit chilly. The kids didn't mind, though. May be worth bringing your own pillows. There were only two pillows per bed ( maybe I should have asked if there were some in storage). We found ourselves often having to fix the fitted sheet ( it was slipping off the king size mattress). Golf cart is not provided ( the posting was a little confusing).

Awesome beach rental property

The house is great and is furnished with everything you need for your stay at the beach. Even on a rainy day you can enjoy the covered front porch and entertainment spaces underneath the house. The location is convenient with a 3 minute walk to the beach and less than 15 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Check in was easy and the owner communicated well through the whole process. Highly recommended!

Vacation

This was our second year staying at this beautiful beach house, and it won’t be our last! It’s truly a great place to make unforgettable memories. We loved relaxing by the pool and appreciated how quick and easy the walk to the beach was. The location is so convenient to everything we needed. The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was fantastic—communicating efficiently and always quick to respond to any questions. This home and location couldn’t have been more perfect with absolutely every amenity proximity to the beach, comfortable beds and super clean. We would stay here again hands-down excellent communication when needed I couldn’t think of one bad thing to say.

Amazing Home to stay with your family!

Todd, our host, was so easy to work with. He kept us up to date during the Debby storm. We did leave early, and we plan to come back with our family. Just a few highlights of this beautiful home. The kitchen is the BEST kitchen to cook in from anywhere we have every stayed. The kitchen is above fully stocked! The bedrooms have wonderful comfortable beds. And good space! What was really nice, each bedroom had their own bathrooms. TVs in every room, this was nice when someone wanted to watch a movie, and if you didn't like it, well there were four more to choose from. Now keep in mind it rained most of the time we were there, but I did enjoy the pool in the back yard, so, nice! There was plenty of games for outside play and bikes, beach stuff more than I can mention. The home is beautiful and very clean. We do plan to come back and enjoy the sunshine and beach next year. Thank you, Todd, for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Amazing trip!!!

Everything about this home was amazing. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was the cleanest, most well appointed, and well represented home I have had the pleasure staying in. A group of 11, with ages ranging from 6-47, this home had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Adults loved having everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and extra bathroom towels to spare! Todd was a pleasure to communicate with. OIB is a favorite destination of ours, and now this home is as well!!

Look no further, this is it!

We seriously loved this house! It had everything we needed - location to the beach was just a couple minutes walk, pool downstairs was the perfect late afternoon/early evening gathering place for the family, the rooms were perfect with a nice sized and comfortable living area and dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beach and pool toys were really helpful especially if you don't have room to bring everything. Lastly the hosts were excellent in communication throughout the pre-stay and stay time - could not have been quicker or more helpful. Bottom line, we would highly recommend and look to come back in the future!
