This beautiful 3rd Row home is located on a quiet street on the east end with only a few houses between you and the sea. Private HEATED Pool for a few of the off season months(April-May and Sep-Oct), well furnished, equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and plenty of porch setting to enjoy the ocean views. Open galley kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and Spectrum Internet TV 5 rooms. Sunday to Sunday rentals for this summer season (Jun-Aug). EV charging

ACCOMMODATES 14. Primary suite: (1) King, Bedrooms and (1) twin, #2 (1) Double and a set of Bunk Beds, Bedroom #3: (1) Queen, Bedroom #4: (1) double, Bedroom#5: (1) Queen. Enjoy a perfect, relaxing family vacation. Golfing galore and watersports. Publix and Lowes foods nearby to stock up the fridge. Putt-putt and waterslides nearby. Boat dock within 5 miles. Lots and lots of fun for the whole family. Please note that linens/towels are NOT included. There are several local linen services agencies in the area (order online and have everything there upon your arrival and it's AMAZING).

Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool. Although it wasn’t beachfront we had ocean views and beach access was steps away.

The house and location was absolutely amazing. The host was responsive when had questions day of. The only complaint would be some of the beds aren't super comfy. Maybe bring a pillow topper and it would be perfect!

Great vacation home reasonably priced

Perfect location at the end of the island. Easy access to the beach at the inlet. The beach was not overcrowded which was very nice for our July 4th beach trip. Not crazy about having to provide my own linens but not a deal breaker. All the kitchen knives were very dull. May want to bring your own. A golf cart is a must for exploring the island. Make sure you bring your own or rent one. Overall very positive experience. The house easily accommodated our group of eleven. Would book this home again in a heartbeat!

Great Location

Home has a great east end location and is steps away from 2 beach accesses. We love the Sunday to Sunday rental. Home was appointed with kitchen basics- but be sure to bring your own TP, dish soap, paper towels, etc. There is no ice maker so also plan accordingly. We loved the layout of the home. Pool space with outdoor shower was nice- but it does get hot and there’s no shade until after 6. An umbrella for the pool area would be nice. There are some pool and sand toys- but be sure to bring your own beach chairs. Overall would for sure stay here again

Family vacation

The house shows some wear and tear, but overall, it was a good experience. The location was good and the heated pool was used daily. I let the owner/manager know of several housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed.Bring linens, toilet paper, all towels, all soaps, paper towels. Very little is provided upon arrival.The ice maker was not working.

Great location to the beach

Great Stay

This location was amazing. Home was nicely set up for multiple family member's ranging from 10 months to 50’s. Neat, tidy home with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Pool was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.

Beach trip

We enjoyed the house, it was cozy and comfortable. We loved being in that area. The house was in a great location on the island and met all of our needs. We loved the pool and the open air space under the house. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet.

Perfect location!

We LOVED this beach house! We hope to rent it again next year! The house was perfect for the 8 of us. We were steps from the beach that seemed private most of the time. The heated pool was also a big plus! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Wonderful Oceanside House

My family had a blast here. The location was amazing, right at the edge of the island with a sandbar that created a natural ocean swimming pool perfect for families with smaller children. I appreciated the bi-level cooling system in the house and firesticks and ceiling fans in every bedroom. There was a lot of thought given to the property which made our stay convenient. The host was also very responsive and provided answers to all of our questions. We’re already looking forward to next year. Thank you!

Perfect Location

Could not have asked for more perfect location. Easy walk to two different areas of the beach neither were crowded. Plenty of room at the house for extended family with kids and the pool was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely return with no reservations.

Perfect spot

House was clean, freezing cold AC, perfect quiet location Easy beach access (3 houses down was the beach entrance with no stairs so super easy with beach wagon) Great size pool Comfortable beds Kitchen had everything we needed Even had an outdoor gas grill (not sure if that is on the listing but it was super to use) Eleni was a super responsive host. The home was amazing and we hope to stay there again. Cannot say enough good things. Ample parking. So easy to have a big family stay. Safe, quiet location on OIB. Book this place. You will be so glad you did!!

Perfect for annual girls’ weekend!

We had a great stay. Even though the weather was cloudy, we had great walks on the beach and in the surrounding neighborhood. Close beach access and pool were great for the spots of sun, and there were plenty of spaces to gather or get some quiet time as needed. The living room was a bit small for our group of 6 women, but we were able to fit all of us on the two sofas to watch movies together. The kitchen was a great gathering space and several of us could be working together on meals without feeling cramped. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Family friendly perfect location!!

Our first time at renting a house in Ocean Isle. The home was perfect for our 6kids (blended family) we had enough space and the beds were all comfortable. We will certainly be staying again the kids are already asking if we can comeback next weekend! Host was very quick to respond to requests and accommodating! We appreciate you letting us use your beautiful home!

LOVE, LOVE Ocean Isle! As a young couple we visited Ocean Isle with the in-laws year after year and fell in love. Now we are a family of 6! The oldest is out (getting ready to be grand parents)!! Extremely busy with the 3 younger kids playing sports (soccer, volleyball and swim). We spend most of our time transporting/juggling who goes where. We have always dreamed of having a place where we can slow down and enjoy our time together as a family.

This property is only steps away from the beach! A room for each of the 4 kids and master for us. Ocean views and quite end of the island, perfect for relaxing.
