The host Michelle was amazing. Not any problems whatsoever. There was some people the first night hanging around the car lot that was a little out of place. But over all a really good place to stay

We had an excellent stay and will definitely stay again. The personal touches the host added to this unit really elevated the feel and our stay. With it being a small unit there is only so much you can do and this host put a lot of thought into every detail. There are a few things I would like to point out that really impressed me.The full size trash can was a huge plus. We didnt have to take out the trash everytime we turned around. The full size sofa/sleeper sofa, extra bathroom storage, and full size stove/oven were bonuses that really made you feel at home. The one touch that stood out to me right away were the printed sheets. I know it sounds silly but these added the personal touch that most rentals are missing. No white stark beding here.This unit was everything I had hoped a cozy beach rental would be.The one thing that I wish could had been added was some sort of air flow in the bathroom. It got really stuffy at times.

Great hostess, everything was accurate as described in listing, replied to any questions in more than reasonable time. Most of the time with in 5 mins. Ample parking, clean room, awesome view of the beach, and close to the beach, pools, and elevator. Would rent from again, also has more properties just in case this doesn't fit your needs.

The room was cute and clean. It gets hot in the bathroom if the door is closed when taking a shower. The issues I encountered with knowing the room number caused me anxiety, but the issue was resolved. I will reserve this location in the future.

Exactly as pictured! Comfortable room with all the basics for a perfect stay at the beach. We enjoyed the beach access, pool, and amenities. The host was quick to respond & very accessible. We would definitely stay again!

The room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The view in the patio was great, and having beach chairs and an umbrella were an added bonus. Thank you Michelle for your communications when ever needed. Great place to stay. I had family stay with me, we have a disability in the family and they drove seperate. I wish we knew there was only 1 space available for parking before we booked. Other than that its a great spot.

Quick Beach Anniversary Getaway

My wife loved this place. It was cozy and clean indoors, and the view of the ocean was nice. We accidentally booked during the end of bike week so we had a lot to see for the day which ended with a nice walk on the beach and retiring for the night here.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The unit was clean and accommodating. The kitchenet had everything we needed and is such a great way to save money and enjoy your own cooking. Second to get to the beach and the pool. I would definitely come back.

Overnighter

We made one stay in the Codo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view is spectacular and the beach is at your doorstep. A couple could easily spend a vacation and have everything they need. The place had everything you needed to prep meals. Communication was outstanding.

Beautiful view on Daytona Beach

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit in Feb. We had a very nice time. The location was good, near several restaurants and Winn Dixie. The complex is an older motel re done into condos but has been kept up. It’s a side view unit with no sun on the balcony. Pool area is very nice. I would recommend.

Winter break

We needed a place to land while we visited family and friends who already live in Florida. I wanted an ocean view for myself and an indoor heated pool for my 7 year old, and this unit delivered both! It was exactly what we needed and as described in the pictures. Communication with owner/manager was quick and easy. We would do it again.

Work stay

I had to stay for a few days for work so why not stay beachside. The listing was very accurate. The actual condo was just as described & comfortable. The property needs some updating & the elevators where out of service the entire time we where there so carrying everything to the fourth floor wasn't fun but that is no fault of the condo owner.
