Direct Gulf Front, top floor, corner unit with unobstructed views located in the beautiful Tortugas Del Mar complex comfortably sleeps 5. Tortugas De Mar is a quiet adult community. The primary bedroom is spacious with sliding doors that open to the direct ocean front balcony. Walk-in closets and ensuite bathroom make this an incredible space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a single bed and a walk-in closet with direct access to the guest bathroom. The open concept floor plan features a comfortable living room that leads to a fabulous balcony that looks out over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen and serve it in the large dining room that seats 6 or more guests. This unit also comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Relax while streaming a movie on the large flat screen TV or enjoy going out to the beach using the beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories inside this unit for your convenience.
Tortugas Del Mar is in the quiet upscale community of Belleair Beach. This complex offers gorgeous grounds and a large, heated pool with a lounge area. The famous Columbia restaurant is just a short drive as are the Backwater bar and restaurant, Maggie Mae's breakfast place, Basimo coffee cafe and many more. Clearwater marina is only a 3-mile drive. Publix and Walmart are a short distance away.
Just a few things we need to mention:
This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During the off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days.
Our home is offered for your vacation enjoyment. The facility does Not allow parties or events and the pool does Not have a lifeguard on duty.
This is a smoke free property. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property grounds! Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO Smoking rules.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for picking up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up of fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking on the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ride-sharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (Psta) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked Trolley Stop locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in HomeAway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage or damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
