Welcome to Celeste by JT, a revitalized desert home where comfort meets style and fun!

This fully fenced, almost 4-acre property is perfect for exploring the beautiful desert flora at your leisure. Enjoy the expansive backyard by sun bathing on hammocks, playing a round of bocce ball, gathering around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, or retreat indoors to play some pool and watch a movie in our theater-style den. This the perfect home to unwind, relax, and reset.

Our desert home is equipped with all of the necessary modern amenities, include cable internet (200 mbps), mini-split ductless AC/heating units in each bedroom and common spaces, open kitchen and den (with theater style projector screen), game room with pool table, ping pong table, 60 inch tv, electric fireplace, and a cozy west-facing sun room to relax during the afternoons just before sunset. The backyard includes the bocce ball court, hot tub, 3 hammocks, propane fire pit, and an outdoor dining area under pergola.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home is most comfortable for 4-6 people depending on your sleeping and bathing needs but still able to accommodate for 2 additional guests.

Bedroom 1 includes a Queen bed and has access to the bathroom across the hallway. Bedroom has a french door that opens out to a small communal covered patio.

Bedroom 2 is a large en-suite with a King bed and beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi tub and standing shower. This bedroom has a slider that also opens out to the small communal covered patio.

Den/Living Room is multi-purpose with theater style projector screen. There is also a day bed that pulls out into 2 twin beds or Queen/King when combined. Both mattresses are 8 inches thick. Den can be treated as its own sleeping quarters since there is a door with lock.

There is also a full size memory foam futon bed in the game room if any guests would like their own space. Game room can be treated as its own private sleeping quarters since there is a door with lock.

There is a foldable memory foam full-size floor mattress also available upon request.

-- Neighborhood
This part of town is high up on Yucca Mesa. Most roads are paved. There is a small stretch right on our street that is dirt road that is accessible by all cars. Does not require a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

-- Parking
There is a space in front of the garage to accommodate up to 4 cars. There also two points of entry and exit from the front of the house.

-- Game Room
Included are pool table, ping pong table, 60 inch Smart TV, jumbo connect four.

-- Projector/TV
The projector in den uses the fire stick and Smart TV in game room can both be connected to your streaming subscriptions.

-- No Smoking
Smoking (including E-cig) not allowed indoors.

-- Pets
Only 1 approved pet is allowed (must pay security deposit and pet cleaning fee) prior to check in.

Guests have full access to the entire property (minus the storage shed and greenhouse). You will be given your own private keyless entry code so you can check in and checkout at your convenience.
