Open and spacious entertaining space is perfect for making family memories. Fully equipped kitchen with ample seating. Enjoy the beautiful pool and patio, complete with outdoor dining space. This is truly a serene and peaceful home away from home!

The entire home, pool, and yard is yours to enjoy! Only the garage is locked for owner use.

Some rules to note...

GUEST BOOKING: Needs to be a minimum of 25yrs of age, have a valid government ID, and staying on the property for the duration of their booking.

POOL: the pool can be heated for $35 per day for the entire duration of your stay. Currently it’s set at 80 degrees which should be fine, if it’s a bit chilly we can have a property manager come out for the daily fee. (Any sign of tampering with the pool equipment is $100 fee). NO GLASS by the pool. Any signs of glass in the pool will forfeit your security deposit. Do not tamper with the pool equipment. Pool service comes to clean weekly and should not take more than 30min under normal conditions. Call if you have any needs and we’ll take care of them promptly! Please use the pool at YOUR OWN RISK! (insurance makes me say that 😳)

TRASH: once you’ve bagged it all up please take bags out the East door of the garage and leave in the cans or on the pad on the side of the house. You should have plenty of bags for your stay. If you’re stay lands on or through SUNDAY please take your trash out that afternoon so it can be taken to the curb. We don’t want it to cook in the hot sun all week🤢! (Neighbor will take it to the street Sun. night) Remember to lock the East garage door after every use. We do not want unwanted guests. 😜

NO SMOKING or VAPING: this means anywhere in the house or on the lanai. We will charge an extra $500 for deep cleaning if there are signs of smoking or vaping. Anyway don’t you know that stuff is bad for you!!! 😜

NO PETS: this includes the cute house broken ones, the slimy ugly ones, and everything in between. We know your six cats are NOT service animals so please keep all pets at home. (Any signs of pets and it’s a $1,000 extra cleaning fee.) We LOVE animals just not in our AirBNB. ***please note owner have a pet that stays occasionally on property***

LATE CHECK-OUT: 10am EST is standard check-out. Late check out a will result in $100 fee. Possibly per hour depending on occupancy. You can pre-request late check-out upon availability for $50.

DAMAGES/THEFT: you signed up for a $1,000 security deposit. We want all of that going back to you!! Our cleaning team has everything labeled and will inventory for damages and theft. Please don’t give them a reason to use their detective skills. 🔎
