CAPTAINâS COTTAGE is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom two-bedroom cottage style home located in Dana Point's "Lantern Village", walking distance to Dana Point Harbor, Doheny State Beach, numerous shops and dining locations along historic Pacific Coast Highway.
With the development of Town Center, you wonât have to leave the community to enjoy the countless options of social activities including biking, surfing, boating, sport-fishing and soaking up the coastal community atmosphere. You will enjoy the long list of community events in one of Southern California's most quaint communities. This charming home is located near the cul-de-sac end of Crystal Lantern. This home offers 1 single car driveway parking spot and on street parking (no permit required).
CAPTAINâS COTTAGE sleeps 4 comfortably in beds and is spacious enough to host two couples or a single family. There is a private full size washer and dryer available and there are beach chairs & umbrellas provided for your use.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed. The master bathroom features a single vanity with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The second bathroom has a single vanity and shower.
KITCHEN & DINING: This fully outfitted kitchen shows higher end white cabinets with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This bright and airy open ended kitchen offers access to both the laundry room and family room. A large separate dining room has a table and chairs to host 6 comfortably.
FAMILY ROOM: This spacious open floor plan features a comfortable couch, a fireplace, coffee table, and a large Flat Screen TV. Wi Fi is included.
MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 YEAR OLD MIN. staying at the house during the term of the lease.
