Cette villa de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains a été récemment rénovée avec de nouveaux meubles, des téléviseurs et une nouvelle cuisine! Situé à South Forest Beach, l'océan Atlantique se trouve à 3 à 5 minutes à pied. Surplombant le pont arrière, vous êtes à quelques pas de la piscine. Les clients de Seascape ont une cabane privée sur la plage avec des toilettes et un vestiaire; inutile de revenir à la villa une fois que vos pieds sont tombés dans le sable. Mais quand vous le faites, il y a beaucoup à faire pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Par exemple, vous profiterez d'un salon confortable avec télévision et d'une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. La chambre principale donne sur la piscine et est équipée d'un lit queen. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits doubles, vous pouvez donc accueillir 2 adultes ou 4 personnes plus jeunes dans ces lits. Si vous en avez besoin, vous trouverez également un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cette villa est également équipée d'un lave linge / sèche linge. Vous êtes situé à moins de 2 km des boutiques, restaurants et épiceries de Coligny Plaza.

Great Vacation Spot!

This place worked out great for our family of 3. Quick (7ish minute) walk to the beach. Easy to walk and/or bike to good spots around town. Overall a great experience!

Very nice and close to the beach

Great stay, very relaxing and high end house. It is very nice, but, we still felt comfortable. Very clean and everything worked well. Parking can be tricky, but, there was ample parking.

Just perfect....

The place was clean and perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed using the deck and grill. Also, it was nice the beach was a short walk from our place. The management company was quick/great in answering our questions. All in all a great time and would stay here again!

Great vacation on a beautiful island

We had a wonderful time on HHI. Everything went smooth from the first booking until the last moment prior to checkout. The communication was great, very quick reponses. The villa was lovely, just as described. Hopefully we will visit again.

3063 Seascape villa

We rented this condo for our 2019 summer vacation it we had a great time. Condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach was about a 5 minute walk pool is right out the back door. Beachside Getaways was very helpful and even called midweek to see if we needed anything.

Very nice place!

Very nice place in a good location. I stayed there for spring break with my teenage son, who enjoyed biking down to the busier Coligney beach area to hang out with other kids. The place had everything that we needed. I really appreciate having a kitchen so that we can have some meals like breakfast and lunch in the condo. The walk to the beach was very doable. I also appreciate it that there were beach towels available for you, and the washer/dryer come in very handy.

Enjoyed our stay! The only negative was not being able to turn the thermostat below 70. The bedrooms were uncomfortable at night due to the heat. I would suggest an option of 67 or 68.

Beautiful and Cozy

We loved the location of this condo. There were great little touches, like soap, trash bags, and pool towels. We really liked that we received a call to check on us. The only tip to guests is to bring a small fan for the bedrooms if you usually sleep with a fan. I read that on another review and it was helpful.

Great trip, great location!

We had a wonderful trip and our stay at this villa was perfect. We have stayed before at Seascape Villas but this was our first time renting with Beachside Getaways. They were super helpful at answering all of my questions with prompt replies. And I appreciated the mid-week check in to see how things were going. The villa was in a perfect location (short 10 min walk to the beach). Plenty of space for my family of 4. We loved being poolside and used the spacious deck for meals every day. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Nice condo close to pool

Condo was comfortable for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed having pool just off the back deck. Beach is a convenient walk away. Only drawbacks are lack of room darkening/privacy curtains in master bedroom, where the pool area lights shined through the thin blinds, and size of the very tight master bathroom. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition as well.

Well stocked beach rental

The condo had everything we needed for a five night stay with our two children aged 3 and 5. We were pleased to find paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags stocked for our use. In other rentals we have had to purchase these upon arrival which is inconvenient. The location was perfect in Hilton Head and the beach access was quick and easy. We loved having the big deck to relax on and also use as a staging area for beach and pool trips.

Disappointed at first / but thoroughly impressed

Upon arrival there was a smell of smoke or odor similar to that of cigarette smoke. Was happy to have brought a bottle of essential oils to help alleviate, (I was the only one in our group that this seemed to bother- never being around second hand smoke in my lifetime). We very much enjoyed the location - pool was right outside the room and a nice walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms (didnt need to buy extra in toiletries while we were there). Overall highly recommend and plan to come back!

Excellent Condo Close to Everything

Went down with my wife and two children. We had a bit of an issue checking in due to the cleaning staff still being there, but that was all ironed out. The management staff was on top of things and checked in with us a couple times during the week to make sure everything was ok. The pool sits directly behind the condo and the beach is a short walk across the street. The condo was as it appears in the pictures, which is always nice. The deck was a bit messy, but that's not really anyone's fault as there are trees in the back of the condo that were constantly dropping debris. All in all we had a wonderful week and would stay at this location again. Couple of suggestions for the property owner: 1. Get a Keurig. 2. If this is strictly a rental property then you should think about switching up the set-up in the second bedroom. A bunk bed set up with a queen or a full on the bottom would be more appealing than what is currently there. 3. The cable/entertainment systems were a bit odd to figure out. Either streamline them or leave better instructions on how to work everything.

Great recharge

Had a great time. Really enjoyed location: unit, quality beach & very nice having bathhouse at the beach & the deck w bbq & pool area were very relaxing w great shade palms/trees to cool down when back from beach. Only couple cons- the 3-5 min walk is from streets edge. From unit it is more like 8 mins but still ok. We did need to get the “actual code” from another resident for the beach bathroom as ours was incorrect. Both small items. The other we knew what we were getting but the beds r a queen & full. Both rooms should go a size bigger to more accommodate adults sharing a bed. It would be a little tight but who cares if u can get better sleep. Overall, would choose this again.

We arrived at property which had very little curb appeal. Upon entering lots of continuous steps to bedroom with limited rail. NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES GETTING UP AND DOWN STAIRS. the sliding door to patio was wide open. Much to our surprise it was broken and unable to lock without the safety pin! We called management and was told that it’s been like that and it worked with the pin. NEWSFLASH THAT IS NOT A LOCK. THATS WHY THEY CALL IT SAFETY PIN, (FOR EXTRA SAFETY). TO ADD INSULT THE SCREEN HAD BIG RIPS. I WAS ABLE TO WALK THOUGH WITH EASE. They told us someone would be out to fix. NO ONE CAME UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT AND THEY ONLY TOOK CARE OF THE SCREEN. The patio was so dirty we could not sit out there. Water Toys were thrown around and the grill cover not on. I tried wiping the table to sit out but it was too dirty. If you are expecting guest “CLEAN THE PLACE PROPERLY.” WE DID NOT OPEN THE GRILL AT ALL! We call and they told us someone would come by to clean NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! WE NEVER GOT TO USE. We left one day early and demanded a refund for the last day. We recommend taking your own beach towels unless you have time on vacation to wash and replace. They had the audacity to sell a used towel for $25.00. So don’t plan on going for a early morning swim on your last day as you need to do laundry. I would think that would be included in house cleaning. The pros of this property, linen were clean and fresh, necessary kitchen appliances and utensils available. iBeach close by. Discounted bike rentals. WiFi available but spotty upstairs. We stayed in the master which faced pool. Easy access to pool from patio. Did not use. This was our first time in Hilton Head and we enjoyed the City and would return just not at THIS CONDO! It took us about 10 minutes walking to beach. Beach was beautiful and very warm and shallow. Watch out for jellyfish but don’t let it stop you from going in. Lots of great restaurants. We ate at CQ’s. Food was great but to enter the property there is a $9.00 entrance fee even if you are eating at the restaurant. FYI that is where the lighthouse resides. So see it while you are there unless you don’t mind paying twice. To enter Lighthouse it’s an additional $6:00. Mask mandated not enforced in town not even at large events. People are extremely friendly and willing to share information. Planning to return as we enjoyed Hilton Head and will book way in advance so we have better options in a place to stay.
