Great house, close to the causeway and walking distance to the beach. Comfortably slept eight. Living rooms were spacious and great for hanging out. Would stay again!

Location was great. Grandson enjoyed the large amount of toys in the upstairs family room, but it was a shame the tv didnt work. Beach gear was great.

Great Vacation Home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and spacious and worked for our large family. There was space for the younger kids and adults to do their own thing, and an outside area that was very nice. We’d definitely stay again.

Quiet Family Trip

We stayed in late September. The location is nice and quiet, despite being close to the on ramp to the island. The house is great for extended family or those traveling with teens. The teens in our group could retreat upstairs and we stayed in the king room with our baby and didn’t disturb anyone else since the rest of the bedrooms are on the other end. There’s plenty of space to relax and hot water to last everyone’s post beach showers. We’d definitely consider staying again.

Pre-summer weekend

Our stay was great. The location was great, the house was well kept and plenty of space. Beach badges & all the amenities were included. The water was a little cold, so we didn’t swim much, but we grilled & played games & enjoyed our time with friends. Julia was a great host & the whole process went smoothly. Check in was easy & all instructions & communications were clear.

Wonderful Location!

Perfect house to stay at with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach is also only a few blocks away! Beach badges were provided as well which is a great bonus! It does look like the house is getting updated, but everything that is currently there is comfortable, clean and well-organized. The children also LOVED the assortment of toys in the toy closet! There were toys available for ages 12 months to 12 as well as a giant tote of legos and board games for all ages! Perfect for when there are any rainy days at the beach. Will definitely rent again next year!

Gem of a beach home

This home is a gem and we’d happily return! The home is clean and very well organized. All essentials are there and easy to find. There is a closet of toys, which includes an enormous LEGO bin, and books for children. The home also has helpful extras, such as an inflatable toddler bed, an inflatable adult bed, beach totes and beach hats. The shed has all of the beach gear - chairs, coolers, bikes, sand toys, boogie boards. And the outdoor space is charming with the string lights. It’s less than 3 blocks to the beach. Less than 1 block to a donut/coffee shop. And less than 3-5 blocks to a handful of restaurants. We were so happy with this rental!

Great time!

We had an amazing time here in ship bottom! Location was great, house was immaculate. We put great use to the house’s bicycles and beach amenities. The house set up was perfect for us with 2 infants, one crawling all over the house. We would surely book again!

Wonderful property, host, and local contact.

Check in was extremely simple. Host provided address and access information in a very prompt manner. Host (Julia)was very polite and personable in all communications. She also had a local contact for when she was out of town named Lissette who was equally wonderful. This my first time renting from vrbo and i lol forward to renting this property again. There were only 3 of us at the property but we easily could have had 10 people and been very comfortable. The property had an upstairs one bedroom with 2 beds that were perfect for the two teenagers, kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom. The downstairs had 3 bedrooms kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. We easily could have had two families with separate living areas. The property was located just far enough from the main street to be quiet yet close enough to everything for easy access to everything we wanted to do. The house had everything we needed for a pleasant relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property.
